What a gorgeous home on the beach! We loved how spacious and well appointed it was. Quick beach access and even though we were there in a hurricane, pleanty of room for everyone to enjoy each others company. The host was fantastic and quick to respond to our questions. I highly recommend this home if you are visiting the Charleston area.

Everything about the house was great. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out on a family trip, and the views are incredible. Host was responsive and helpful, and recommended some local events going on!

Possibly the BEST VRBO (or AB&B) experience ever. Property Manager Lisa is most responsive to any question prior, during, and after rental. This was the perfect home for our 3 generation family of 8 adults and 3 children under 4 years old. Plenty of bedrooms with privacy, kids loved the playroom, and the pool area feels like your own private retreat/compound. Just steps to the beautiful beach and PLENTY of chairs, water/sand toys, and even a Shibumi for shade. Loved the property, the large kitchen and dining areas (plural), and walking distance to town. We were so comfortable that we didn’t even leave/go into Charleston until after we checked out. ENJOY, you will not be sorry for staying here and on Sullivan’s Island.

Great Place on Sullivan’s Island

Place was great! Perfect location - easy access to beach and could bike to restaurants. Pool was excellent - Kids even swam on New Year’s Day.

10 out of 10! Great property and great home. Ocean and ship watching view was a real plus! Easy access to beach and so many great features -there are so many great spots to enjoy the view and outside spaces that you don’t even have time to enjoy them all properly in a week vacation! Beach respite on a wedding weekend

We loved the many spaces to congregate! Pool area was lovely and the kitchen had everything! The beach was lovely and the many walking opportunities were enjoyed, too.

Wonderful stay!

I came to visit Sullivan’s island with a group of girlfriends and the house was perfect for our stay. Big bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, and fantastic pool/entertaining area. Lisa was very responsive and a wonderful host, we’d love to come back again!

60th Anniversary Family Gathering

The property was a spectacular venue for a gathering of our family to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. The house provided a wonderful space for our group of 11, which included our daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren, and the location was perfect. In addition, the property manager was very helpful and responsive.

Best beach home I’ve rented in Charleston area

Accommodations were perfect for our extended family. My daughter used a power wheelchair and was able to access all areas of the home and property with the elevator. Everything was beautifully appointed and maintained. We had a lovely, relaxing week. Absolutely no problems.

Family Weekend

We were in town with our 3 grown children and their wives/partners for a family wedding at Boone Plantation. This was the perfect location and home for us. House was clean and perfectly appointed. Some never left Sullivans Island but was an easy Uber ride for those who wanted to venture to Charleston. We would definitely stay here again.

New Years Family Gathering.

Better than we could have ever expected. We’ve rented on Sullivans and IOP several dozen times over 20 years and this is by far the best property and best experience of all! Location is the absolute best! Beds and linens were awesome and comfortable! Coming back soon for sure !

Fabulous Home.

Fabulous home and location. Wonderful experience. Heated pool. 100 yards from the beach. We walked to really good restaurants each day for dinner- all seven days. Really well maintained. Great beds. You can tell the owners love their home and sharing their home.

Family vacation 2024

This home was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. It was well stocked with every possible convenience. The pool was well used especially by our grandchildren. Sullivan’s Island beach was just lovely and almost deserted during weekdays. Lisa was very responsive to any questions and was a pleasure to meet. Highly recommended vacation home.

Perfect Rental

The house is beautiful. So well equipped it was a treat to open a drawer! The kitchen is beyond great. We had a chef one night come to prepare for a dinner party and she gave it 5. The beds are really comfortable and watching the tankers come into Charleston harbor was great entertainment. The pool is beautiful even in the winter. I highly recommend this wonderful rental!
