Spektakulär havsutsikt från varje sovrum samt badtunna utomhus och privat pool är bara början till de till synes oändliga bekvämligheterna som med detta hem vid havet på den bästa stranden på Sullivans ö.

Det rymliga däck som sveper runt husets tre sidor skapar verandor från varje sovrum. När du inte kopplar av på stranden eller vid poolen kan du njuta av biljardbordet i full storlek eller laga mat på den lyxiga gasgrillen.

Första våningen: Den första våningen har ett stort öppet kök, häll och matsal med en hel vägg av fönster som vetter mot havet. Om du har det stora köket som är fäst vid hallen och matplatsen kan gästerna njuta av matlagning, äta eller spela pool medan de lyssnar på havets lugnande ljud.

I hallen finns tre sovrum - en kung (K), en drottning (Q) och två dubbla våningssängar (TT) - som delar två och ett halvt badrum. Alla dessa rymliga sovrum har skjutbara glasdörrar som öppnar sig till däck eller veranda med utsikt över stranden.

Andra våningen: Den andra våningen erbjuder en kung (K) och på equeen (Q) sovrum, ett komplett badrum och ett litet vardagsrum med bäddsoffa. Båda sovrummen vetter mot en andra våningen däck komplett med en stor hängmatta med utsikt över havet.

Huset har tre platt-TV med två DVD-spelare och digital kabel. Detta perfekt belägna hem vid havet tar din strandsemester till en ny nivå!

September bliss

This is a perfect location and layout for a beach vacation. Right on the beach, well stocked with all the basic needs, wonderful great room for all to gather, plenty of porches and screened in porches (2 levels) yet plenty o rooms for needed privacy.

We had an amazing time at the Ick! The house has tons of deck and interior space to accommodate any wish or need. The location is perfect to take advantage of the gorgeous beach and downtown while still a quick hop into Charleston. Would definitely come back again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This spacious beach front home is sitting on one of the most beautiful lots we have seen. Beautiful ocean views from many rooms. Our family of ten had plenty of room. The decks, gas grill and ice machine were great amenities.

Great Vacation

Location and beach view was magnificent. The property accommodated our large family including our dogs. Couldn’t ask for a better beach access! Although the house could use some serious love, it is a beach house and we appreciate its age. We had the pleasure of meeting Jeff. Everyone who stays there should have that pleasure. Overall, wonderful time and sweet memories.

Sullivan's Island beach vacation

Excellent location, right on the beach. It's nice to have the backyard pool and hot tub on windy afternoons. The house was comfortable, clean and full of light. The full-sized pool table provided evening entertainment. The kitchen is in need of a remodel - broken cabinet hinges, cracked countertop, etc.

Hard to beat.

We REALLY enjoyed our time at “The Ick”. It’s location is literally so perfect. Both the location and access to the beach and just how “beach front” it is. It’s almost like beach front corner! Also the location to the great restaurants and bars on Sully’s and easy access to IOP for grocery’s and golf (in our case). The main living space worked great for a big group and the pool and pool table were put to use each day. It would be really hard to be the value and vibes this wonderful beach house produced for us. We loved our stay!

Memorial Day Weekend Beach Vaca

This home is your classic old school beach cottage with a picture-perfect oceanfront location on Sullivans Island. The home has absolutely everything you need for a great beach vacation. The beach and ocean are the main attraction, but having a pool and hot tub to come back to in the afternoon/evening is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach. The home is very well stocked in the kitchen, laundry room, and all bedrooms and bathrooms. And the beds/linens were super comfortable. Puzzles, games, poker, books, and beach toys are plentiful should you need something more than the beach and sun to pass the time. The property manager (Sara) is super responsive and helpful should you need any questions answered. Definitely 5-stars for this property!

Best spot on Sullivan's

We have rented this house for the past 4 summers with a group of 11 adults and kids. We return every year because you cannot find a better location on Sullivan's island. The beach is literally steps out of the front door and the added pool and hot tub in the back yard make it perfect for kids and families of all ages. The house has a large living area with fabulous views of the water and beach. The kitchen is well equipped and has 2 refrigerators. Most of the houses on Sullivan's island are older houses and will have issues from time to time. In the few times that we have had issues with the house, Sarah has responded immediately to fix the problem. She has always been easy to deal with when renting the house as well. Overall, a fantastic rental!

Stunning

The location of this property was unmatched. The layout of the house was perfect to accommodate 3 different family groups that were staying and the kitchen was stocked with every gadget imaginable. Check-in was a breeze even after our flight was delayed 5 hours. I would have appreciated better communication regarding the baby supplies at the house- there are more than are mentioned! We ended up borrowing a pack n play bc we were under the impression there was only 1 when there are actually 3 and we wouldn’t have had to go through that inconvenience. Would love to see some more beach supplies as well. We had 1 working chair. Overall a great experience and we would love to visit again!

This is a prefect house for families. Plenty of seating inside and out. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Ability to shut off beach access and pool. Great position and views. We loved it!

Needs some TLC

We couldn't have asked for a better location, but the house itself needs some care and updates. Among the positives for this rental were the number of guests it sleeps, the pool and the location. The negatives include the doorwall that didn't lock and the one that we had to struggle to open. The kitchen area overall gave an appearance of being dirty, with some cupboard doors hanging off of their frames. The windows could use replacements, too. The decks are old and my daughter fell through one of the boards on the way to the pool. We did use the pool a lot, but that too is tearing away from it's foundation. Overall, my family had a great week on Sullivan's Island, but I left feeling like I didn't get what I had paid for.
