Enjoy this cozy, fully equipped 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath Townhome â perfect for your Rossland / Red Mountain getaway!
This family-friendly townhome offers everything you need for a memorable vacation. Upon entry, youâll find a spacious area for boots and jackets, a single-car garage, a 3-piece bath, and a bedroom with a queen bed. The main floor features an open-concept kitchen and dining area for 8, a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, smart TV, and a convenient half bath. Step out onto the deck to relax in the hot tub while watching snow fall over Red Mountain. The kitchen comes fully stocked for preparing meals after a day on the slopes.
Upstairs, discover a bedroom with a double-over-double bunk, a master bedroom with a king bed and 3-piece ensuite, and a shared 3-piece bathroom in the hallway. An extra sleeping mat is available if needed.
Just a 400-meter flat walk to the ski liftâno need to drive to crowded parking lots. The home is family-friendly, complete with pack-and-plays and stair gates for little ones.
Additional amenities include high-speed internet, in-unit laundry, and a single-car garage. Visitor parking for one additional car is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.
