Beach Studio 326 with a Beach Backyard is a private studio apartment (200 sq ft) with a queen bed and an additional queen sofa bed with private bathroom and kitchenette located in the best Neighborhood in South Beach (South of 5th)

Lobby door ( glass doors ) and side exit doors from stairwell of condo building leading to pool backyard and beach unlock with the same key.
This key is obtained from the lockbox located outside the building.
