A nice vacation home for a large family. Home comes stocked with the basics except laundry detergent. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach. But the pool is a nice option too. My only complaint is there is Not enough parking for a 9 bedroom home. Four cars max. There is an overflow parking area at an RV park. But it costs 35 a day which is ridiculous considering how much you pay to rent the property.

Property was perfect with plenty of room. We had a small breaker box issue and no one ever came after I called. The pool filter needs pumped or a pool guy to come clean in the middle of the week. All these issues weren’t major and the house itself and location was very fun.

Relaxing

Loved the property. Everyone had their own room, and the living, kitchen, and dining areas accommodate a large group. The golf cart was great to ride around the subdivision. Great time.

This property was great for holding everyone in our party, we had 10 adults and 8 kids. The check in process was smooth and they were even able to get us in a little early. The host was responsive when we mentioned issues about cleanliness and broken items on the first day and offered to send housekeeping back. However, throughout the rest of our stay we encountered more and more issues with the property overall, we did not reach out about these things due to them not being able to fix them in the time we were there. We initially reached out for some of the fridge shelves being broken, some decor broken and the sheets unclean. The outside area although beautiful needs a bit of an update and cleaning, the pool itself was missing times along the edge, the lounge chairs were all broken and the sand by the gate had broken glass and cigarette buds. Inside we found that on the main floor the bathroom only had one working light bulb, the window above the kitchen sink is cracked and the chandelier in the living space was literally hanging by just the wire, which may be the cause of the constant flickering of lights at night. The bath tub on the top floor did not look like it was cleaned and turning on the water we realized it was clogged and began filling up rather quickly. Although this is no fault of the owner, I also wanted to mention that the beach access, being very close was fantastic, but the closest 3 entrances were taken up with resort spots and therefore disappointing.
