Great House, great neighborhood, close to beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this house in March. First floor bedroom was perfect for my MIL. Backyard was great with the heated pool and plenty of space. The neighborhood is amazing, very quiet and peaceful with quite a few actual Florida residents. It has easy access to the beach, just a five minute walk, as well as easy drive to lots of restaurants and shopping. We loved our stay here and would def stay again. We only had 5 people in the house, and just used the first and second floors. It says it sleeps 18, and I’m sure that it does, although the third floor seems like it would be hot in the middle of summer.

Nice home and great location

Had a family vacation here, the house was very nice and spacious. The pool and all the paml trees in the back made for a great esacpe. House was clean and well maintained. The location was great, quick walk to the beach, access to lots of shopping, and quick drive to anywhere in Destin. The beach chair inclusion was amazing. Was also nice they had a cart and additional beach chairs. Kitchen was well stock with equipment and utensils. You gets starters on soap, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc. All in all a great experience. Only downside was the wifi, it was down 75% of the time and mgmt company couldn't figure out why.

Amazing stay!

This place was perfect for 20 people we did not feel over crowded and it felt very roomy. Everyone loved the house and the location. I highly recommend this house for everyone. It was a nice house and very clean. Me and my group had so much fun staying here!

Wedding Destination

This is an amazing place to stay. We had 18 people there and it never felt crowded. It was so close to the beach that everyone just walked there. I would definitely stay there again!

Family Vacation

Wonderful family vacation. House was so nice. Great space for our family of 14. Nice equipped kitchen!. This is our second time staying at this property! Love that it is a short walk to the beach. Hope to be back in the near future!

Beautiful home

My family had an amazing stay at this property. This is our annual Destin trip and this house was perfect. The size of the house and location was perfect. The property is a short walking distance from the beach and close to Whole Foods, Publix, fast foods and great restaurants.

Fun in the Sun

Our group had a blast at the Crystal Beach property. Short walk to the beach was exactly what we needed, and the pool was great for those who didn’t want to get sandy. Everyone enjoyed themselves and was very happy we stayed here compared to other properties we had considered.

Great Reunion Location

House was beautiful and walk to beach was easy and safe for older kids to go on their own. Enjoyed having pool option when we wanted to be closer to the house but be outside. Destin is amazing and we would return. Recommend this house for large groups with kids.

Impeccable home two blocks from the beach

This property was perfect for a trip to the beach among friends. We had lots of space to spread out across floors, plenty of bathrooms, and the home was comfortable and well stocked. Loved the pool and the quick walk to the beach — it was truly not more than 1.5 blocks away. The manager was great with our pre-trip questions and we had no issues on the trip. Thanks for a great stay!

Family Vacation

Everything was great from the house, location, beach just Beautiful. The only issue with the house is, the dining room chairs needs to be replaced and the kitchen window needs to be sprayed due to little black bugs crawling on the window and counter top.

We had a great time with our children and our grandchildren ages 4 to 25. It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach and they had so much fun in the water and white sand. Loved every minute making memories with them all!!

There were 17 of us in our group and there was still plenty of room. The kids enjoyed the pool. Based on the listing I thought it was slightly closer to the beach, but it still wasn’t that bad of a walk. We just had a lot of kids.

Nice place for big group

We had nice time off, the place is spacious for group of people 20 people. Property was clean upon arrival. Only issue we had was as soon as we entered the property the fire alarm went off and it took 45 min for the maintenance person to come and fix it. Also love rentals were NOT accommodative for 1 hr early check in.

We’re definitely coming back!

We had a great experience, the only suggestion I have is to be more clear in the title of the property-it says heated poop but its only heated if you pay the additional fee and notify the property owner in advance of your arrival. I missed that in the information email but was still able to pay the fee and have the pool heated while we were there. It was an amazing vacation for our family of 17- 8 adults and 9 kids. So close to the beach and such a beautiful area for a vacation in October. Perfect weather and incredible sandy beaches, fishing and food options. We’re definitely coming back!

Great Family Vacation Spot

We had 16 people in the house and had plenty of room and privacy! Linens and beds were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. We did have small children and there is only the one large garden tub in the main floor master so it was a little challenging for bath time. The walk to the beach isn’t too far for a healthy adult but may be challenging for kids and elderly. The beach access isn’t handicap accessible and has lots of steps which prove to be challenging for some of our group. The pool is smaller than the picture alludes to but is very well kept and clean. Overall, we loved the house and would book again!

Lots to Love!

This is a really nice property and we throughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was as advertised and we really appreciated the room layout, two bunk rooms, beautiful kitchen with fully functional appliances, ambiance of the pool lights at night, umbrella and chairs beach set up daily, extra chairs, ample parking, comfy beds, nice selection of utensils, dishes and cookware, responsiveness of management and convenient check-in. However, there were a few inconveniences to which management responded quickly: multiple drains were clogged, one of the showers would leak through the ceiling and we had a bug problem. Roy was great and we appreciated him coming by and fixing a few things, arranging for pest control and giving us more information about Destin. A few things we didn't report, that if addressed may be appreciated by future visitors - one of the wheels on the beach cart was broken, the doorknob to the terrace off one of the bedrooms was broken, the doorknob to the patio/pool needed tightening, the bottom step of the ladder out of the pool was broken and there was only one recycle container. It would have been helpful for us to have 2 recycle containers since pick-up is only once a week and we ended up having to put a lot of recyclables in the trash bins. Overall, it's a wonderful house and if you're considering it, we highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay - great location

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Pros: -Good communication about instructions for check-in -Great location - easy walk to the beach and easy access to stores/conveniences -Loved having a private pool -Large house in terms of bedrooms and the property was clean upon arrival -Appreciated the chair setup at the beach and the wagon to transport extra chairs/toys Cons: -While there are a lot of bedrooms, the common areas (kitchen, living room) are a bit small. Luckily, we only had 6 adults and 4 children so it worked out fine but could be tight for a much larger group -There's only one bathtub out of the 5.5 bathrooms. For groups with young kids, this can be a con during the evening bedtime routine -There was a part left in the house with a note that a repair person would be coming by during our stay to install it. I reached out to the property manager for more info. He expressed that it needed to be done and they were being squeezed in and agreed to call me before they arrived. He did call me the next day right before the person arrived. The repair person was not wearing a mask when he was inside the property for the install. During COVID, I would have expected this to have been standard procedure. Fortunately, most of our group was at the beach at this time and only 2 people were at the house.

We had our entire family (15) of us and it felt like home. Very clean and close to shopping , restaurants and activities. The neighborhood was clean and safe and nice and close to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.
