This bright and modern upstairs apartment is the perfect place for an extended stay in Quebec City. In the living room, a mix of contemporary touches and warm elements creates a welcoming atmosphere: the sleek sofa and colorful armchairs add a vibrant note, while decorative accessories, such as cushions and lighting, add elegance. The flat-screen TV blends into a sober and harmonious decor, perfect for relaxing.

The kitchen has a refined design that combines clean lines and smooth surfaces. Equipped with stainless steel appliances and modern small appliances, it is both practical and sophisticated. Chrome finishes and bright surfaces add a contemporary touch that fits perfectly with the minimalist style of the apartment.

The bedrooms are designed to offer both comfort and style: the first bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed, has a functional wardrobe, while the second bedroom, also equipped with a queen-size bed, has a simple dresser with additional storage in the adjoining laundry room for optimal organization.

The laundry room adjoining the second bedroom is designed to maximize storage and functionality. It includes a stacked washer and dryer, wall cabinets, a rod for hanging clothes and a long shelf for organizing household items or storing other personal items.

The enclosed office is ideal for teleworking, with a comfortable leather chair and 1 Gigabit Ethernet connection for optimal performance with complete peace of mind.

Outside, you can enjoy the front balcony to observe the life of the neighborhood, while the rear terrace, equipped with a dining area, a barbecue and a string of lights, offers a perfect space for convivial moments outdoors. A dedicated parking space completes this apartment designed to combine modern comfort and an inspiring atmosphere, offering a true haven of peace in the city.

The apartment is located upstairs and is accessible either by an external staircase of 15 steps leading directly to the rear terrace, or by an internal staircase of 15 steps accessible from the front door. We do not recommend this apartment for people with mobility issues, as there is no step-free access.



The interior of the building showcases its full historic character. The floors may creak slightly and display the gentle slopes typical of older constructions. The original windows can let in a bit of air, adding to the apartment’s authentic charm. As the building is not soundproof, sounds such as footsteps or voices can carry easily between units. This feature is part of the unique atmosphere of a heritage property but may not be ideal for travelers seeking a very quiet environment or for families with young children.



The driveway leading to the parking lot at the back is narrower than normal, as it was designed before the advent of the automobile. It is important to drive with caution. It is not possible to turn around in the parking lot: you must enter from the front and back up to exit, or back up to enter and exit from the front.

The building, with its period charm, is located on Maguire Avenue, where the shops are a little further away, but many pedestrians pass by the building throughout the day. It is also possible to hear the sounds of the neighborhood and passersby at times, as well as the city bus that passes regularly. For those looking for an ultra-quiet environment, this lively location may not be suitable.

To make your arrival more comfortable, a basic inventory of supplies is already in place: toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, laundry detergent and fabric softener, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, cleaning products, hand soap, body wash, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, cooking oil, salt, pepper, and a few basic spices. For mid-term stays, we follow a chain of kindness: each guest replaces what they use so the next one finds the same level of supplies. These items are there to make your arrival easier and to maintain everyone’s comfort.

The cleaning fee covers cleaning after your departure only. You are responsible for keeping the apartment clean and in good condition during your stay. If you require cleaning service during your stay, an additional fee will apply.



The building is equipped with security cameras outside. One camera is installed at the main entrance, monitoring access to the front door, and another is placed at the back, covering the parking area. They record continuously for security purposes.
