Your main level is the garage, where guests can access a multitude of beach equipment, a basketball hoop, and an outdoor shower with two faucets, one for the fur baby. You will find cornhole games, kayaks, and bikes. A gorgeous private backyard with a pond, seating, sandbox for the kiddos, and gas grill. Hang out with your favorite four-legged family member while listening to the waves from the Atlantic Ocean. One flight of stairs to five bedrooms, laundry room with beverage cooler, access to many decks, game room with pool table, and hall bathroom. One more flight of stairs to the main floor leads you to the open-concept kitchen, dining, access to balconies, and sunroom, all with fantastic ocean views! The kitchen has everything you need- a margarita machine, instant pot, pots for crab boils, etc. A primary bedroom with a spacious ensuite is also located on this floor.
LOCATION: ONLY 15 yards from the beach! North Indian Beach is a private beach community in the heart of Dewey Beach. It is guarded by security and lifeguards. Walking down to the beach in the morning, set up your spot. Then, walk back home for lunch, kids' naps, etc. Even though you are tucked away from the traffic and noise, you are a quick walk to many five-star restaurants, tax-free shopping boutiques, and Dewey's great nightlife.
PARKING: Private driveway for eight vehicles.
AMENITIES: The unit has a washer, dryer, central AC, outdoor shower, steps from the beach, beach equipment, and an accessible garage. The elevator goes to the ground level (garage) for family members who need to avoid the steps. It is pet-friendly for two dogs, with a non-refundable pet fee.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. We offer a rental package to guests. Two dogs are permitted, and each dog will be charged a pet fee. Please do not move the gas grill!
