Pet Friendly Furnished Home w/Hot Tub, BBQ, Patio. 2 Bed, 1 Bath, 1 Sleeper Sofa

A unique gem, nestled between the vibrant cities of Boulder and Denver, just 15 minutes either way. With the RTD Park-n-Ride 1.5mi away, and easy access to I-25 and Hwy 36 - it's an incrediably convenient location for exploring the CO Front Range.

Sleeps 5, best for 2-4 people or a couple with kids.

1st Bedroom: California King.
2nd Bedroom: Queen.
Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Relax by the fire pit or soak in the hot tub, with BBQ on the patio or movies in the sound room. *Hot Tub has a new bar/surround addition that makes getting in/out easier and safer, and provides plenty of places for your drink.!

The pet-friendly policy means your furry friends can join in on the vacation fun!

The pet fee is $20 per pet, with a cap of $140 per week, per pet.. Limit of 2 dogs. Cats are not permitted for allergy reasons. Other pets are allowed with advance notice/approval from the owner. We are happy to help you find a kennel if you desire. We appreciate you doing what you can to keep pets off furniture and beds. We also expect pets to be supervised and not left unattended during your stay. Thank You!

You are expected to clean up after your dogs (pet waste bags are in the basket by the back door). An extra cleaning fee may be assessed for pet waste cleanup or excessive fur/dander.

Our cleaners charge by the hour and we pass all cleaning fees directly to them.

No Smoking in our home, please. Take it outside!

All smoking materials must be cleaned up prior to checkout to avoid an additional cleaning fee.

* Additional cleaning fees will be assessed at market rate for smoke removal if you smoke in our home.

Hot Tub maintenance is covered by the $49 Resort Fee and is billed once for every 7 days of a rental.

Cleaning and Linens Fees are weekly and arranged once for every 7 days of a rental, and once upon checkout.

For rentals longer than one week:
You will receive a request to adjust the pricing for the rental, to cover any additional weeks of Hot Tub maintenance Fees, Cleaning Fees and Linen Fees.

We will require a 4hr window for our cleaners to come refresh your linens and clean the home each week. We are happy to coordinate the cleaning time with you, and there's a good chance we can make that cleaning window shorter (it varies a bit by season and how much notice we provide).

Please let us know your preferred timeframe for cleanings as soon as possible so we can make it happen as seamlessly as possible for you.

Our Hot Tub maintenance person will knock and introduce themselves before going to the back yard.

Please contact the owner if you would like to specify a timeframe for your Hot Tub maintenance (ideally, we coordinate this for the same time/day as the cleaners).

Guest access:
2 basement rooms are inaccessible and remain locked, as well as the outdoor sheds and garage which are locked.

Otherwise, the entire home is yours to enjoy.
