The location of this property was great for me and my son that were in the area for hockey. It is in a nice neighborhood and the house the unit is connected to was relatively quiet and we never even saw the tenants. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.

This was a wonderful property in a quiet neighborhood. My sister and I were in town visiting other family members living in the area. It was a perfect size for us and close to everywhere we wanted to go.Communication with the owner was great and everything was as described in listing. I would certainly recommend the property to anyone looking for a convenient "home away from home."

My second stay--it was awesome! Perfectly located for my needs, and everything was provided. Chris was great with comm, and I had zero problems or trouble. I'm in Broomfield once or twice a year, and this is now my go-to place--I plan on staying here every time I'm in town! Highly recommend!
