The Beach House is located at the Tides Oceanview Inn & Cottages and is a detached home featuring 3 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with 1 King, and 1 Queen + bunk beds with 2 twins, a living room with a full/double sized sofa sleeper, full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, coffee maker, essential dishes and utensils for 8 people, and a 600 square foot game room with a pool table and board games. Spacious courtyard patio with stunning ocean views, gas BBQ, seating area and gas fire pit. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, free parking, and room service deliveries from Blast & Brew American Eatery & Taphouse, located right next door, open for lunch and dinner.
Direct Beach access onto Pismo Beach is 1 block away at Wilmar street, about a 5 minute walk. The Pismo Pier and downtown Pismo Beach restaurants and shops are less than 1 mile and about a 10-15 minute walk on the beach or on the accessible sidewalk. The property has ocean view benches for whale watching, multiple fire pits and corn hole games. Enjoy free use of four (4) bicycles available on property near the front desk.

The hotel is located at the top of the bluff above Pismo State Beach with direct beach access on the closest cross street (Wilmar Street).
