My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding close-by and despite the weather not being great it didn’t affect our time at all, and we still had an incredible, romantic, and relaxing l experience. The place was tidy, clean, welcoming and accommodating. It was exactly the relaxing weekend that we needed. The lake view, screened in porch, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, gym, and steam showers made our experience top tier. Would definitely recommend staying here- especially for couples! Would 100 % stay again! 5 stars hands down. The host, Kent, was also very accommodating and responsive- and answered any questions we had. BOOK THIS PlACE! You will not regret it.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay as a couple….this is it! This over the garage apartment is perfect for a relaxing trip. The amenities are better than described and the property is beautiful! We put our boat in at Jake’s and tied up to the dock at the house. Just a perfect place!

Check in was easy and the home was beautiful. The sauna and hot tub were very relaxing. The kitchen had almost everything we had hoped to find to cook some meals. If we lived in the state we would definitely be visiting again.

Was a great stay only upset was the description icons made it seem like there was a pool and it was a cold plunge . So I would just fix that part.

Svar från VrboOwner 11 juni 2026
Thanks for the feedback. And yes, since not everyone considers a cold plunge pool an actual 'pool', I'll update the listing to ensure there is no future confusion. We do hope others note that we have a lake to swim in, a large hot tub to soak in, a cold plunge 'pool' to refresh, a steam bath and a sauna bath - all make for a wonderful spot to have a relaxing weekend.

Wow! Kent sure knows how to pamper his guests. I have never felt more relaxed than I did after staying here for a couple of nights. We had plans to go explore the area, but we ended up staying most of our time at the house. This is a top notch spa VRBO! I can’t express the experience at this home, you’re just going to have to book and see yourself.
