Beach Colony West 11E Gulf-front Condo Navarre Beach!

This luxury 11th floor condo with 2 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations.

Resort Amenities include pool (NOT HEATED), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 King in the primary ensuite, 1 Queen & 1 Full in the second bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $285 value. Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Base rates are for up to 4 guests. Extra fees apply for more than 4 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit.
Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis. To borrow one, please visit our office at 1C West Tower for pickup. Kindly return the item to the same location after use.

Exactly as advertised

I appreciated that the condo was exactly as the advertised photos and info. We were able to easily access the unit, the bikes, the community center, etc. We never had to contact the owners/mgmt. 1st time and Navarre Beach and loved how beautiful and quiet it was.

Very clean, very nice condo, but...

Let me start by saying this place is very nice, very nice updates throughout, very clean, and quick communication with the property management. The only draw back for me and my family was the constant reminders all over the place of things they would fine you for. It was really off-putting and made me feel a level of unease the entire time we were there. I have stayed in several really nice comparable condos up and down the coast and this was the first that I just felt completely untrusted. Other than that, it was really nice but I would likely stay in another location next time.

Beautiful Condo with Beautiful Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is very tastefully decorated as well as a comfortable “home away from home”. The expansive, wide balcony, has nice furniture and gives a direct view of the aqua blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the sunsets in the western sky. It’s a short drive to the beautiful National Seashore where the crowds thin out and one can enjoy the beauty of the ocean and pristine white dunes. We found everything we needed as well as a very clean unit. The owner immediately answered any questions or concerns we had. Overall, we would highly recommend this condo!

Awesome Condo!!! Perfect Location!!!

We had an awesome trip!!! Perfect location with immaculate accommodations! The condo was beautiful, clean, and exactly like the pictures!! The balcony had an awesome view of the ocean and sunsets with plenty of seating for everyone.

Wonderful stay!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week at Navarre Beach! The condo far exceeded our expectations. It was very well equipped with kitchen supplies, beach towels, 2 bikes to enjoy, and the beds were very comfy. The beachfront views were amazing and it was close to very good eating establishments. We will definitely rebook this location again for our next visit to Navarre Beach!

Absolutely gorgeous condo!

We enjoyed our stay so much at 11E! Absolutely gorgeous condo! Super clean, so many amenities, and the coastal decor was perfect to embrace the beach vibe. We've stayed at a few vacation rentals and this one, by far, has been our favorite. We will be back!

Clean & beautiful

We came to Navarre Beach for a wedding, which was just a short walk to the venue. The property was clean & beautifully decorated for a relaxing beach get away. We loved the patio furniture, the beds were super comfy, and the view is gorgeous! We would rent this condo again.

Family Vacation

We had a great week and condo was perfect for us. The condo had plenty of room with everything you needed. It was very clean and a perfect view of the ocean. Love the large balcony which was furnished very nice as well. Everyone was friendly and we hope to stay there again when we visit Navarre Beach!

Paradise on the beach

We have stayed in several units at Beach Colony Resort, and this one is exceptional! The furnishings are lovely, and the bathrooms are amazing. You can’t beat the view from the balcony. We will be back!
