Vår lägenhet ligger på 13: e våningen i Beach Colony West direkt på socker-vita sanden och smaragdgröna vattnet i Mexikanska golfen. Inuti denna 1495 kvm / ft lägenhet är 2 sovrum och 2 badrum som har smakfullt inredda i den traditionella kustnära smaken. Den öppna planlösningen innehåller ett rymligt kök med alla nya apparater, granit bänkskivor och pull-up disk sittplatser för tre.

Köket ser ut i matsalen och vardagsrummet och vidare till 360 kvm / ft terrassen med utsikt över poolen och sedan de vita sandstränderna och turkosgröna havet som väntar på ditt besök. Vardagsrummet har plats för 5 att luta sig tillbaka och koppla av på kvällen efter de långa soliga dagarna för att titta på en film, ett spel eller en liten tv på 55-tums LCD-skärmen. Vardagsrummet har extra sittplatser för 2 att spela ett spel, spela på datorn, läsa eller bara slappna av med en kopp kaffe eller ett glas vin och kolla vyer. Soffan kan omvandlas till en drottning bäddsoffa för att rymma de extra gästerna som behöver en plats att ligga ner för natten.

Den rymliga terrassen har sittplatser för 6 personer. Terrassen / balkongen ger enastående utsikt över hela halvön, som inkluderar ljudet, bron, buktens längsta brygga, den största poolen i Navarra och naturligtvis havet. Utsikten är bara hisnande och en bra plats för att morgon kaffe eller kväll glas vin. Kom och kolla in det själv.

Great location!

Beach colony 13b is a wonderful condo to stay in. Centrally located and nice interior of the condo! One downside is that it mentions in the condo listing that there is a hot tub onsite but that is not the case. Otherwise highly recommend .

Beautiful Stay!

This condo is wonderful! Pictures don't do it justice on how roomy and open it is. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit.The view from the balcony is breathtaking! Most mornings we sat on the balcony and read, while taking in the beautiful sight of the gulf. We even saw dolphins multiple times.The pool is huge and the kids loved swimming. We did wish there was a hot tub though. The condo owner was very quick with responses and allowed us an early check-in since we got to town early and the condo was ready. We would definitely return to this condo!

Magical

This was what my 12 year old said when we walked in and could not agree more. The condo was spacious. Husband and I slept well in the main bedroom and the kids slept well in the second bedroom. Loved the views from the balcony. The complementary chairs were an excellent bonus!! There was fabulous food close by as well as a grocery store. Our host was extremely communicative both before and during our stay. We had an issue with the AC and he had it fixed asap. I can’t say enough about Chris and this fabulous condo. We will definitely be back.

First time in Navarre

Loved the location of the complex and the fact it is gated. Very close to restaurants, groceries and attractions. The unit itself (13B) was very spacious and very well laid out. Perfect views of the Gulf. The unit contained everything that you would need for a nice peaceful stay. Owners kept in contact throughout our stay with updates and anything we needed. My only complaint was the mattresses. The one in the master bedroom definitely needs replacing and the queen in the second bedroom is getting close. Other than that, was a very pleasant stay.

This is our 2nd year to stay in this condo. It is clean, well equipped with everything anyone could want in the kitchen, nice laundry room, upgraded appliances, clean, large balcony with views of the gulf and sound. Wonderful location with great views , clean and comfy and the unit had everything we needed for our stay . Loved the Dolphin sightings every morning from the balcony . Beautiful place with perfect views

The condo was exactly like the pictures, very clean and spacious. The view of the gulf and the sound is amazing! The balcony is huge and looks right over the ocean. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. The owner is awesome at responding and communicating. The washing machine broke on our second day there and the owners got someone out the next day and stayed in communication about what was going on. It wasn't able to be fixed til our last day there (no fault of the owner, just had to wait for a part) and they graciously offered a partial refund since having in unit washer and dryer is top priority for us. We would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again.

Beach Colony 13 B was one of the best, if not the best, condos we have stayed in at Navarre Beach! Very accurate description on VRBO! Very well stocked with kitchen items, comfortable beds, nicely decorated,etc. Owners communicated promptly at any questions we had. Would 100% recommend this rental, can’t go wrong here!

Perfect getaway

I work for an accounting firm, so my husband and I try to do a long weekend to escape and refresh after a long tax season every year. This place was absolutely perfect. It definitely was bigger than we needed for just the two of us, but was so peaceful and relaxing. The balcony overlooking the water was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked. The whole place was beautiful. The beach and the water were spectacular. The free beach chairs and umbrella worked out great. There are a couple of walkable restaurants nearby, and more that you’d want to get in the car for, but the town in general is also very laid back, and ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE you meet us sooo friendly. I definitely want to go back.

Excellent weekend in Navarre. Conda was beautiful and just as described in listing. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Balcony was awesome. We welcome you to our beautiful condo on the beach. We are a Midwest family at heart growing up in the St. Louis area but spent 10 years in Houston, Texas so we have some of that southern charm too. Our Children are now 13 and 10 and are very active in all sports and they love the beach.

We chose Beach Colony West because the Condominium was new and Navarre Beach is much more relaxed compared to its Destin neighbor to the east. We found that when we go to the beach, we truly want to enjoy the beach and have lots of fun in the sun. So we prefer to keep it simple and beautiful and that is what you get in Navarre - Beautiful Beaches, views, sunrises, and sunsets. If you want the hustle and bustle, Destin and Pensacola are a mere 30 minutes drive away, so you can get the best of both worlds if you so desire

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This is not your typical 2 bedroom condo. You are talking nearly 1500 square feet, which allows for each room to be spacious and lots of room to spread out. The Living Room and Master Bedroom have awesome view of the ocean and pier. The balcony offers great view of the Sound as well as the pool, beach and ocean. In addition, Navarre is surrounded on both sides by National Parks that will protect the beauty and simplicity of its surroundings that we desired in our home away from home. Plus how can you forget about the white sandy beaches, some of the prettiest in the world. We hope you enjoy our fully furnished condo for your get away from it all.
