Welcome to this charming log cabin in Hilham. The surrounding views of Dale Hollow Lake and rolling hills are so unique and breathtaking. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

This cozy retreat features 3 bedrooms with a nice mix of sleeping arrangements - 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 king bed. The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and showers for your convenience. Enjoy the serene surroundings and modern amenities like WiFi, AC, washer and dryer. THE SPACE:

This home has ample space for the entire family with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, two bathrooms on main level and 1 bathroom upstairs. There is a loft area upstairs with additional living space.

There is a washer and dyer on the main level with some laundry detergent pods provided complimentary.

There is also lake access within the subdivision via path behind the lakeside pavilion. (NO BOAT ACCESS)

Clubhouse and pool areas:
The homeowner association does not permit guests access to the clubhouse or pool areas.

The closest marina is Mitchell Creek Marina that is about 11 miles or 20 minutes drive. The marina has a restaurant and boat rentals.

THE AREA:

Serenity @ The Pointe is surrounded by lake views of Dale Hollow Lake and surrounding mountain views. The house is not in close proximity to local businesses and restaurants. There are no food delivery services at this location so please plan accordingly. Celina city limits is approximately 10 miles and Livingston city limits is approximately 15 miles.

Community Pavilion near the Lake:
There is a pavilion located at the end of Bald Eagle Rd. Also, there is a pathway which is a short walk down to the lake which is ideal for swimming or fishing. (NO BOAT ACCESS)

Marina for boats:
The closest marinas are Mitchell Creek Marina or Horse Creek Marina. Mitchell Creek Marina is about 11 miles or 20 minutes drive. There is a restaurant and boat rentals. Horse Creek Marina is about 6.1 miles or 13 minutes drive.

Parking:
The driveway will accommodate (4) or (5) vehicles. Please no parking is permitted on adjacent lots as the lots are privately owned.

Coffee Maker
There is a Keurig coffee maker. Some K-cups are provided complementary.

Grilling:
There is a griddle with propane and provided with grilling utensils.

Garage:
The garage is utilized for storage only and guests are not provided access.

Pellet Stove:
The pellet stove is not functional for guest use and has been disabled. Unfortunately, according to our insurance policy and coverages, guests are not permitted to use the stove.

WiFi:
WiFi is provided with fiber optic internet with speeds up to 1 Gig.
