Vår villa är nästan 1200 kvm, denna 2 säng, 2 bad öppen, ljus, och luftiga med mycket utrymme. Vi har en tilldelad carport precis utanför vår villa. Fullt möblerad, med vardagsrum, matrum och balkong med utsikt över golfbanan. Villan har ett stort sovrum med en stor säng och badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en kung med en stor garderob. Den "den" med utdragbar soffa utanför i vardagsrummet förvandlas till en tredje sovplats

The condo was exactly as described. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The community was very friendly and there were so many activities to choose from. The location was perfect, the beaches, downtown Venice and any kind of store you need is right around the corner.

Our trip to Venice was one of the best. The condo was in the location where my wife had always wanted to stay. She was able to utilize the pool and joined a group doing water aerobics. I was able to bike the legacy bike trail almost every day. We saw sunsets almost every day and meet some folks who were local. Shopping was good downtown Venice. We also had a list of restaurants that we wanted to try. Lots of good places in Venice. Thanks for letting us use your condo.

Annual Florida trip

This is the second time to stay at this property. My wife has always wanted to stay at Bird Bay so we gave it a try last year and enjoyed it so much we opted to go back again this year. This year my wife enjoyed going to the pool in the morning for water aerobics. We also did some pickle ball. Great location. We hope to do it again next year.

No elevator

The listing stated there was an elevator for the second floor but there is none which was a problem as one of us have bad knees and it was different to go up and down the stairs. Otherwise everything was good.

Best place to spend a snowy winter.

Lovely villa. Very nice viee of golf course. Close to all the resturants in Venice. Will be back next year.

Very comfortable condo, great community and location!

We really enjoyed our stay! Two bedroom, two bath layout was very comfortable and well-stocked. Bird Bay Village is a great community with mature landscaping and great amenities. We loved walking there and meeting residents who are very friendly. Great community pool and so many activities! So close to Venice downtown and the fantastic beach!

Airy Venice condo with a great location.

I really loved the open, bright living area. The view of the eighth hole on the golf course is an added bonus. It is conveniently located within easy walking distance to the large pool, tennis courts, exercise room and club house. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely for walking or riding your bike. Bird Bay village is is a very active community and is just a short drive to the island, old downtown Venice with all its shops and places to eat and to the various beaches in the area.

Enjoyable home away from home

This upper villa has all the comforts of home. It is well equipped for cooking and playing. Located in Bird Bay, it is just a short walk to downtown Venice and the Legacy Trail. The extra large shady lanai is surrounded by interesting trees all of which flower. We spent many enjoyable hours out there. The owners were tentative to our needs and their condo. It was a pleasure dealing with them. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry were stocked with all the necessities so we didn't have to run out on day one and buy the basics. Very thoughtful! Thank you both for sharing your home with us.

Lovely bright Villa

This was our second time renting this villa. We love the location. The owners have made some upgrades since the year previous. Very clean and comes equipped with everything! It's nice to actually deal with the owners that take pride and are available for any questions! Many thanks, looking forward to next year!

Great location

Venice has a lot to offer , and this location in Bird Bay was perfect for us. This condo has a lot of natural light all day long .We loved sitting on balcony to watch the sun sets or the golfers playing. Everything we needed was there waiting for us to enjoy , bikes, beach umbrella, cooler,books magazines,computer , free calls anywhere in North America. The beach is a nice 20 minutes bike ride, and charming downtown Venice even closer. The unit will eventually need a bit of upgrading , but it is very clean and confortable and we recommand it to every one who wants a relaxing vacation.

My parents have vacationed in Venice for over 10 years. We decided to come down from Ontario, Canada and find out what the secret is. Well, we found it.....beautiful beaches, southern hospitality, charm, great restaurants and never ending things to do.

This villa captured us from the moment we stepped inside. Once we opened the front door, our view of the 8th Green was a 20ft Television for rest and relaxation. Not to mention the cathedral ceilings that cascades light from the skylight. This villa is bright and cheery and makes you feel like you are at home in your tropical destination.

We are so lucky to have found our retirement home nestled in Bird Bay Village. Bird Bay is all about location, location, location. Something for everyone, the shopper, the golfer, the couch potato, the nature enthusiast, the sports minded and certainly anyone looking for the warmth and relaxation.
