Great location and a very comfortable and spacious apartment across from the beach and not far from restaurants, shopping, and other beaches! The pool was very nice too, and the management company always responded quickly to any questions I had.

The photos don’t do the size of the apartment justice. Plenty of room for 2 of us but 4 could easily be accommodated. Magic Sands beach is literally across the street. Awesome snorkeling is a 5 minute drive south. The condo was super quiet and we slept amazing. The master bed is squeaky and could use a little updating but for the price it was great.

Great condo! Kids loved the pool, pickleball court, and pool table. Beach across the street was great for relaxing and getting in on a volleyball game! Condo had everything we could need!

The property was great. Very quiet and relaxed. It was wonderful to have in unit laundry. The pool was well maintained and there is an outdoor pool table that I used with son.

Great location, clean and updated home. Would definitely stay there again. Third floor balcony has gaps in the railing that made me nervous for my young child. Check out instructions are posted on the fridge but when you check out on your phone, they provide additional instructions for washing extra sheets or blankets, and removing all trash, which was a surprise.

Amazing location great amenities

Second time we’ve stayed in this complex. Both places were amazing great amenities. This property in particular was better than it actually showed in the pictures.

Vintage Hawaii furnishings and decor was very charming, the condo was spacious and clean. Although we were not at the condo much as we were in Kailua Kona for a baseball tournament we did get a chance to enjoy the pool and hot tub one night which was great, plus having a washer and dryer at our disposal within the condo was great as well. The only thing I would have liked to have seen for our stay would have been, having the condo AC turned on before check in so that after our long and very hot day out and about in Kona we could have walked into a nice cooled off condo. Overall, a great and comfortable stay, conveniently located close to town and all that Kona has to offer. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Sunrise, sunset on the beach

Property was easy to find after arriving on a late flight. What a joy to wake up to a gorgeous sunrise. If we were back in the evening the sunset was just as amazing. To get the full benefit, it was just across the street on the White Sands beach. There was a also closet of beach accessories, quite handy for the kids.

Excellent location

Place was extremely well located. Across from the beach with the most amazing sunsets. The common area is spacious, pool was big enough and quiet enough. A few BBQs available as well. Apartment was clean and with the all necessary appliances. But the fridge needs to be fixed as I doesn’t cool enough. That was unfortunate because we were hoping to cook at home to avoid spending so much money out in restaurants but after having some of our food spoil we had no choice.

Unit was exactly as described. Nice unit, spacious. Washer, dryer and AC were great. Kitchen was fully stocked. The key pad was broken when we tried to check in which was the only snafu. We had to use the key during our stay. The unit is managed by a property company. They said someone would come replace the key pad, but no one did. Great proximity to White Sands Beach: walked over several times to swim! Overall very happy with our stay. Also my teenaged daughter slept on the pull out couch without problems. We were there during an expensive time (Iron Man, fall break)- this unit was great for the price!

Aggressively less than average

The place was clean. But don’t expect to do any sort of cooking here, there weren’t even knives supplied in the kitchen. The beds were like sleeping on plywood and rolled around every time you tossed and turned while sleeping. The headboards weren’t even attached to the beds. This unit was fine if you were planning on only sleeping there at night and didn’t mind the type of bed you were sleeping in.

Because this home is located in an older building, the bed does not have a frame an instead, the headboard is attached to the wall as you have mentioned. The bed wheels should have been locked and we will make sure our local island team checks on this so that the bed does not roll around. Thank you!

Perfect for for family’s older than diapers

This was the perfect spot for our family. It had everything we needed plus. The pool table out side BBQ and kitchen were beautiful and the swimming pool was great. The parking was a bit tight for the sUV we got but it was parking included so that was great. Everything in the condo was great. Sometimes the TV worked and sometimes it didn’t but could be user error as well. The floors were swept but could have been mopped and the kitchen rug cleaned. It had every utensil we could need. Dishwasher left a lot of soap on dishes but we usually cleaned them as we used them any way. It is right across the street from a beautiful beach. Mostly used for body surfing but the waves were perfect. Sitting on that beach was wonderful too. Also the restaurant across the street was great as well. It was so nice to have so much right at walking distance. I rate this top notch in my book. I would definitely want to go back. It says it has elevators but like ours we still had to go up stairs to get to the condo on the third floor. If you can’t do stairs be sure to ask if your condo is on the elevator floor with no stairs to climb. Did not hear anything from the management. We got there at the time the email stated but no one was there. So we just used the code we were given and it worked. No problems there. My family totally loved it.

Agréable avec une auto

La plage voisine était très bondée à cause de la fermeture temporaire d’une autre plage des environs. L’appartement est très bien, spacieux, le stationnement bien pratique. Il faut monter quelques marches.Le gestionnaire étant une compagnie, il ne répondait pas à nos messages sur VRBO. Il a fallu appeler. Cela a été aussi très laborieux de connaître les conditions d’un départ tardif.
