As noted in the arrival instructions, checkout time is 10:00 a.m. Once we became aware that you were locked out after returning to the unit past checkout time, our team worked as quickly as possible to generate and provide a temporary door code so you could retrieve your belongings. We appreciate your understanding and hope that, overall, you enjoyed your stay. We would be happy to welcome you back again in the future.

Thank you, Arijit, for taking the time to share your experience. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered with the air conditioning during your stay. Your comfort is very important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. The unit had recently undergone AC maintenance, and at that time no issues were identified. Once the problem was reported during your stay, our AC vendor inspected the system and informed us that the compressor had failed. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
