The Space:
Experience the ultimate comfort and relaxation in our revamped one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit. Designed in a vintage Hawaii style decor, this spacious retreat offers a serene atmosphere for your stay. Unwind in the bedroom, furnished with a luxurious king-size bed that comfortably accommodates two guests. Additionally, we provide the option for an extra guest to choose between a sleeper sofa or a convenient rollaway bed.
Indulge in the breathtaking ocean activities and savor delightful meals while enjoying the spectacular sunset from your private lanai. The living room, featuring a generous layout, includes a cozy sofa sleeper and a TV for your entertainment. Please note that the bathroom features a shower stall only, without a bathtub.
Maximum occupancy for this unit is two guests, ensuring a personalized and comfortable experience throughout your stay.
Please note that the water heater is behind the stove, and has a water alarm on it. Additionally, please be aware there is no A/C in this unit.
Located on the 3rd floor â accessible by stairs only (no elevator)
We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
âą For stays extending 30 nights or more, a security deposit and utility fee will be required. The security deposit ensures the protection of the property during your stay, while the utility fee covers essential services such as electricity and any damages that are caused by guests.
