Smakfullt designade och nyligen uppgraderade reflekterande kvalitet och komfort, är detta översta våningen mysiga lägenhet inbäddat bland tropiska trädtopparna, med privat Lanai och Peek-a-boo utsikt över havet. Min fru och jag kärleksfullt kallar vår enhet # 322 Kona Dove. Det är, enligt vår mening, en av de mer eftertraktade enheter i Kona Islander Inn komplex; vår är en översta våningen enhet, bort från trafikbuller av Alii enhet och Kuakini Highway, men tillräckligt nära för att höra lugnande surfa ljud på natten. Vårt västra-och-söderläge Lanai har en extra expansiv och öppen syn eftersom vår enhet är också en hörn enhet. Och min fru Therese är en konstnär och designer- vi håller vår enhet vacker och ren inuti!

• Interiör skickligt utformad i lövträ och vävda rotting "ö-stil" möbler, sidobord, stor byrå, café bord med två stolar, och en accent stol för ytterligare sittplatser.
• Tropical morgonsolen häller på din Lanai, där du kan smutta på din smoothie och begrunda din dag. Vi har lagt till en ny uteplats bord, stolar och dra ner sol-skugga
• en bekväm Queen-size säng.
• Fullt utrustat kök med helt ny mikrovågsugn, minikylskåp, kaffebryggare, mixer, elektrisk stekpanna, skärbrädor, porslin, tjäna-ware och bestick.
• En kvalitet 40 "tums platt-TV med fjärrkontroll och gratis kabel. Hög hastighet internet tillgängligt i receptionen / lobbyn.
• Mysig uppgraderade badrum med nya modulära dusch och krom fixturer med ficka dörr bort av kök för privatlivet, hår Dyer och extra handdukar.
• En härlig sovrum / vardagsrum med skjutbara glasdörrar som leder ut till din privata Lanai.
• Ny luftkonditioneringen med fjärrkontrollen.
• Spektakulära plats i hjärtat av det historiska Kailua Kona Town, i omedelbar närhet till stränder, snorkling, kaféer, shopping, restauranger och bondens råvaror och konstnärens marknaden. Bara några steg genom trädgården till poolen / jacuzzi område där det finns två gas BBQ grill för din användning.

We only stayed for one night, but we loved the location and how close it was to nightlife and shops. The room was as described and clean. There are no elevators, in case someone is expecting that as this is on the 3rd floor. The neighbor greeted us when we got to the apartment. Everyone was friendly! Thank you!

This was the perfect place to stay! The location can’t be beat, was walking distance to Kona shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable and I really enjoyed the balcony. Check in and check out was easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location, close to restaurants, shops and beach. We walked everywhere. The condo was sparkling clean with all needed amenities. The condo was beautifully decorated and air conditioning worked well. We loved the overall feel of the Kona Islander. We hope to return soon! The cat in the lobby was adorable and so sweet!

Check in was a breeze, clear & easy instructions. Condo was perfect size. Great air conditioner ( a must for the summer), and amazingly close to restaurants/the beach. Had a great stay and would highly recommend to anyone. Cute decor too! Felt safe as a solo female traveler. Loved the cats around the property too (:

Right next to the Farmer’s market, a breezy walk along the breakwater from my kids’ hotel, this apartment was cool and inviting. I especially enjoyed the decor and original art.

Everything was a short walk

Kona Immersion at the Kona Dove is perfect!

I wanted to be close to center of town and close to beach. I loved this place. The beach is just a block away. And it’s not far to walk to the pier, beaches, restaurants, shops. It’s quiet here and lush trees surround you. The geckos and birds came to visit daily on the balcony. Perfect for my weeklong getaway over the Fourth of July. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing place that is still close to fun activities.

Served its purpose

The place was clean. The property grounds were cute, with a lot of nature surrounding. It was also a nice surprise that it was next door to a Catholic Church. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance. I have no real complaints, but I don't think I would stay here again. It was close to the water, but not any beach that we actually would want to relax at. We would stay more north next time because that's where the beautiful beaches are. Another random quirk was that the kitchen sink & bathroom sink were the same. It was kind of awkward to have my toiletries right there as I was making sandwiches for the beach. Counter space was lacking for it being a shared spot. All in all, the place served its purpose - aka a quiet, safe place to sleep at night. I'd recommend having a rental car if you plan to stay here. My husband and I prefer to just walk places, though, so we didn't have a rental. We ended up ubering to the beach every day. Also, the weather was always sunnier more north. Communication with the owner was spot on, which was a positive!

Great location

We loved our stay. So close to the ocean and just steps away from all the restaurants, convenience stores and specialty shops. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai every morning, seeing and hearing the birds in the flowering trees, and watching cruise ships come and go.The air conditioner worked well and there was also a floor fan which we used at night. We could have our choice of sun and shade as we lounged at the pool which was clean and the perfect temperature to cool down in.For those with mobility issues, there are stairs to climb, as the room is on the third floor.

Chillax at Kona Dove’s Islander Nest

Constant soothing sounds of the ocean, the doves & other birds, the geckos, & Cokie frogs. The smell of plumeria, palms, and all the beautiful flora that surrounds the Doves nest. The human part: beautiful, tropical, beautiful paintings by owner, room to move around, and just enough in the kitchenette to prepare uncomplicated meals & spend more time just enjoying the Island or Chillaxing.

Wonderful Place

Great condo with central location. Stayed two nights and didn’t use our car. Everything is walking distance from this condo. Nice lanai and sitting area for morning coffee. We would stay again!
