Amazing location! Be close to all the stores, bars and restaurants in downtown Palm Springs at this updated and spacious two-bedroom condo.
This bright and comfortable living space has all of the at-home comforts including fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a built-in wine fridge, new 65” Roku TV in the living room, washing machine & dryer, and lovely, large tiled balcony with seating and a gas grill. Beautifully updated bathrooms. Walk in closets.
On the grounds, there are three swimming pools (that are heated in the winter), three hot tubs, a fitness room, and a community barbecue area.
This condo is only one mile east of downtown Palm Springs, allowing you to easily reach the wonderful restaurants, shops, art galleries, and nightlife all along Palm Canyon and Indian Canyon Drive on foot, bike, or by car.
You'll be within walking distance of the Palm Springs Convention Center and the Agua Caliente Spa and Casino, and a quick drive from dozens of world-class golf courses in the area. If you're looking for an unforgettable desert view, be sure to visit Indian Canyons (five miles south) and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (seven miles west).
Dogs are welcome on a case by case basis, for an additional pet fee and cleaning fee.
Portable baby crib, umbrella stroller, and infant/toddler car seat are provided.
There is one assigned covered parking space and plenty of street parking.
*Please note that outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm.
Utilities are covered up to $250 a month. You will be responsible for anything over $250.
