Summary:
Enjoy this 3rd floor, Three Bedroom, two Bath with a water view in Carolina Yacht Landing. Screened in porch, walking distance to the pool. Gated Waterway Community has a grill area and gazebo overlooking the waterway. Less than a 5 minute drive to the beach and many things that the Strand has to offer. Beautifully updated and cozy, perfect for your vacation! Must be 25 years of age to rent this property. *Outdoor security camera on property

The Space:
Perfect space for YOU. 3br/2ba - King bed in the main bedroom with two other bedrooms both with queen size beds. Full kitchen, dining area, washer, dryer in the unit, Screened in porch. Cable TV & Internet.

The Neighborhood:
Gated Waterway Community with two community pool & fitness center. Less than minutes to the beach. No feeding the wildlife, ducks, etc.

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft.

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 years of age to rent - ID's checked
No Smoking - $250 Fine for smoking of any kind
No Pets
No House Parties
No Motorcycles, Trailers or RV.
Close to the Beach, Restaurants, Shopping, & Gated Community,

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

Family weekend trip

Overall the listing was very well described. The room was nice but lacked some cleaning. When we checked in my kids were walking around in their white socks and you could tell the floors werent mopped. Their socks were black very quickly. The bed skirt in the madter bedroom had dried blood on the side like someone had hit their foot/leg on it and bled and its not been washed or changed. The AC wasnt working properly the first night. We checked in around 530pm and it was set to 79 which i expected. We lowered the temp in hopes it would cool down. After trying to get everyone in bed the AC never got the room cooled. It was 80 at 2am. I reached out and they did get it fixed the next day and we were very grateful. Everything else went great. The area is nice. The only bad thing about the location is when the bridge is turned or turning it can take a while to get somewhere but that is an easy fix when you learn the other way around. Overall a nice place to stay and housed our family of 6 comfortablly with a couple air mattresses.
