This property was beautiful and the private beach was the best part. This property also had quite a few amenities that we were able to use with ease - kayaks, bonfire, hot tub etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was also fully stocked. The only issue we faced was a long list of rules and very extensive check out instructions. Because of all this we didn’t feel completely comfortable and free. Made us all feel on edge in the space. However, I think this is very common with ALL home rentals nowadays so it would not change my 5 star rating.

We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay at our home and we were able to offer you the additional complimentary amenities requested including early check-in, firewood and lighters. We are sorry that you felt our instructions and rules were extensive. We do ask that our guests leave our home in the same condition they found it and treat it like it is their own. We offer many amenities and do not charge for them. However, we do ask our guests to return them to their original location prior to departure and safeguard them from being lost in the water. As far as checkout instructions, these are typical of vacation rentals especially in high end waterfront homes with many amenities like ours.

Serene and peaceful lake getaway

Stunning views and private beach, we loved the peace and quiet. Home had great light and space, perfect place to relax after hitting the wineries and cider mills.

Lovely weekend in Suttons Bay

My friends and I loved our stay. The house had beautiful views of the water and felt secluded. Everything was very clean and it was very well stocked with anything we could need.

Family friendly beachfront rental

We had a relaxing stay at this beautiful midcentury modern home. My whole family, including my kids (6 and 4), had a blast kayaking on the bay, and there were plenty of toys onsite for the beach. Flying in from out of town, we appreciated the well stocked the kitchen and linens/beach towels. Overall, a great stay!

Beautiful

This house is beautiful! The view out of the back windows and doors, the open layout. It had everything we needed for a weekend of relaxing and having fun! I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Lake MI House

Beautiful house on Lake Michigan. Owner was prompt and helpful. Property had a lot to offer and was close to town. We would loved being able to walk right down to the beach and kayak and swim.

Family getaway

The house was exactly how described. The neighborhood is quiet and theres even a wooded lot on the other side, so if you're looking for a more lrivaye getaway, this is the house in Suttons Bay. It's conveniently located close to town, with many food options (even for the picky eater). Our kids enjoyed the private beach and the basement was perfect for them to have their own space.

Perfect lakeside getaway

The house was VERY clean, had all the essentials and more. Kitchen had best stock of dishes, tools, serving dishes, bbq & campfire tools. The house has great notes for where things are/instructions for use. Whole family enjoyed basketball, bags, sauna, hot tub and of course the beach access. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

We loved the cool mid-century vibe. A well-stocked house with everything we needed to cook our gourmet meals. Morning sunrise coffee by the shore and wine in the evenings by the water were highlights of our stay. Hanan was a wonderful communicator and very gracious about everything. Great weekend!

beautiful home

This is a beautiful home with a wonderful lake view, extremley peaceful ,5 minute drive to suttons bay .Everything you could want in a kitchen if you like to cook,which we did every day.
