Perfect location to Water, wineries, Traverse. Beautiful sunrise every morning. Host even delivered a premier weather condition for the entire week! Loved it!!

The house is in a great location and fit our family fine. Lots of parking and dog friendly. The house was not clean and we had to wash some sheets when we got there. A dirty band-aid and lots of dust under a bed. Landscaping by the lake was overgrown and access to the lake is in a small corner of the property. Kitchen table only had 3 chairs for some reason and was not very well stocked. Also, one bedroom that is advertised as having a king size bed was only a queen.

The property is amazing right on Lake Michigan very clean super amazing views it’s very nice. I have 2 things that frustrated me. The property is very expensive so I believe it should be flawless. I asked the owner about parking a boat. Yes the driveway fits a boat but next to impossible to turn around and the road to back out on is super busy. Secondly the tv did not work. It was a remote issue tried extra batteries it didn’t work. Frustrating when you crash at the end of the night late and nothing… still a great property and I enjoyed the stay. Lastly I sent the property owner a message about TV after the fact and probably would have just let this go but didn’t get an apology or any response at all from them.

Great location, AMAZING view , very clean house , lots of on site items available for usage if you didn't bring or forgot them (cooking utensils, laundry, extension cords, etc.), rooms were VERY spacious! SUPER close to a lot of local places ... we visited like Great Wolf Lodge , Cherry Republic (cherry store), grocery stores and fast food spots! We are definitely going to look into coming back for a Summer visit!

The home and location were wonderful. The backyard faced east, looking across grand traverse bay, so we watched a beautiful sunrise every morning. We were located just north of the city, so did not have to deal with the traffic every day. Would definitely recommend!!!

Ramy was a trooper getting this old gal thru her 1st ever booking of a home rental. The hot tub was a hit even thouigh the weather was horrible. The home amenities were far beyond my expectations but very much appreciated. Thank you!

Over all the house was great, beach and deck view stunning. Our family had a great time biking, kayaking, breweries, wineries and shopping.Just dissapointed with the dirty hot tub and bathrooms, and house in general was not very clean.

The host is super responsive and the house is very comfortable. Outdoor temps were -20 but we were very warm and comfortable in the house! It was well stocked with the simple things that a lot of vrbos don’t do…like toilet paper and dish soap and other cleaning products. The hot tub is perfectly positioned to enjoy the gorgeous view. It was perfect for those cold winter nights!

The view and being right on the water absolutely made the trip. We paid a premium for this location, and when you're paying that much, you expect the property itself to meet a higher standard.Unfortunately, the condition of the home was disappointing. The furniture looked like it had been picked up from the side of the road and was in poor condition. The beds were comfortable, which was a plus, but there were no gas/propane tanks for the grill. The grill itself was filthy, and we spent nearly an hour cleaning it before we could use it.The upstairs bathroom smelled like vomit, and we were greeted by the cleaning crew when we arrived for check-in, which didn't inspire much confidence that the home was ready. Everyone kept their shoes on inside because the house just didn't feel clean. Several lamps and switches also didn't work. There was also only one room with a king bed and only 3 chairs around the kitchen table so if you have a large group, seating options aren’t optimal. Overall, the property felt like a quick-turnover vacation rental with very little attention to maintenance or guest experience. If you're looking for a place that's comfortable both inside and out, with a beautiful view to match, this isn't it. The waterfront location was the only highlight.

Great communication with host. House was very spacious, well accommodated and comfortable, loved the hot tub and outdoor dining table.. Bay access was amazing, and close to many areas of interest, would stay here again for sure.

Great property for exactly what we needed this weekend. Beds and bedding were comfortable and showers were great. Kitchen was easy and stocked. Fireplace and fire pit were lovely. Hot tub was glorious. With a little more attention to detail, it would be 100 percent.
