Stay in the heart of Downtown St. Louis at this stylish and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom loft on Washington Ave! With exposed brick, high ceilings, and modern comforts, this loft is perfect for groups, families, and business travelers looking for a prime location with urban charm.

Short-Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay; extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays less than 3 weeks, a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.
Long-Term Stays (stays over 28 nights): $400 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed
★ CAMERAS: The apartment building has security cameras on the exterior (facing the front door of the building), interior hallways (facing down each hallway) , WIFI unit door locks have cameras and these cameras record 24/7
