A large well-equipped, top-Level 3 bedroom/2 bath unit sleeps up to 6. with continuously changing, breathtaking views.

3 bedrooms (2 full bedrooms and a private loft). 2 queen beds, and two side-by-side single beds in the loft.

This property has a fully equipped kitchen; a wood-burning fireplace in the living area with cozy seating and large, smart, flat-screen TV; and a private balcony providing amazing views of The Smoky National Forest with Bent Creek Golf Course in the foreground. Watch the incredible rapidly changing mountain views from the balcony, bedroom, or picnic area. Mountain sunsets are incredible. Enjoy the lights of Gatlinburg and Ober Gatlinburg in the distance. In addition to condo amenities, our neighborhood hosts 3 pools and a golf course, and for larger events, guests rent space from the neighborhood HOA office at the very top of the mountain.

My family and i have been coming to gatlinburg every year for the past 38 years and this is the first bad review and worse stay i ever had!! The wrong code was sent to me! The condo wasnt cleaned before us coming!! Very nasty!! There was over 100 dead lady bugs all over the floors!! I understand we are in the mountains but they could have been swept up before we came! Very dusty!! Matresses were terrible!! The sheets were not washed!! We slept on top of the comforter and even used our own blankets we brought from home to cover up with!! Bathrooms were dirty! Towels werent washed and smelt nasty!! Never cooked in rhe kitchen since it wasnt clean!! Location was great and the inside pool and hot tub was great!! Will NEVER stay in that condo again!!

I have aspirations of retiring to the mountains and managing 5 of our own properties and 15 other luxury vacation rentals. A condo purchase in May of 2018 represents our 3rd property. In November of 2023, I purchased a fourth property, a railroad caboose. Throughout 2024, we will be converting the Caboose to a luxury 1 bedroom property with a goal of having it on rental for spring of 2025.

In 2013, we took over the daily management of the properties. We aren't perfect but we do believe in continuous improvement. We consider our places to be part of your vacation experience and as such we are part of 100's of joyous times with families and friends. Our hope is that the cabin & your stay in this beautiful city is a wonderful, lifelong memory.
