The views were spectacular and Ed was very communicative about everything before we arrived. Entering the condo was a breeze and we enjoyed our stay.

The view is absolutely beautiful. The room was nice and clean and exactly as advertised. It was a longer drive to Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge than we anticipated, but not a big problem. We certainly wouldn't have had the view in town that we had from our room. Definitely recommend it for people who are trying to enjoy the beauty of the area. We had a great time together.

Mid-late October visit didn't use the pool nor did we venture to the commons building. Condo was clean and quiet. Only complaint was I wish the sofa was more comfortable to sit on. We spent time sitting and visiting amongst ourselves so just wish the sofa was better lol. Room cost was high for what us country folks are used to if you try comparing to average hotels. But you have to consider the area and nothing is average. LoL. Overall it was a nice place, clean and communication with the property management was A.

We’ve put a tremendous amount of effort into this unit over the years, so it means a lot to hear that you enjoyed the incredible views and the quality of the space. This condo is our personal unit, and we’ve renovated it extensively — widened doors, added a roll‑in shower, removed all steps, installed tankless hot water, raised ceilings, added a full pantry, installed tongue‑and‑groove throughout, and even added noise‑abatement material in the bedroom ceilings. While it’s not fully ADA‑equipped due to missing wall braces, it’s very close to full accessibility. We take a lot of pride in creating a comfortable, high‑quality mountain retreat, and your comments about the rooms and communication truly mean a lot. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing such a thoughtful review.

Weekend getaway

Property had a good location to get to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Seirville. Condo was clean and would be comfortable for a small family.

Peaceful Location

It was a very peaceful and relaxing vacation with my kids. Rooms had King size beds and very spacious. Kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Definitely will be staying here again.

Quick 30 minute drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and the National Park. Has everything you need for a family of four
