What a great place to stay!!! Very clean, short walk to the beach, and just a beautiful home!! This is our first stay in Fort Morgan, and even though we lived the house we did not like the 25 to 45 minute drive to our favorite restaurants and Walmart. Great people to work with, always answered our questions in a timely manner.

Has everything you need! Short stroll to the beach access. The beach cart provided was extremely helpful. Very clean.

We enjoyed the 5 min walk to the beach, and parking at the beach access for a pregnant friend very much. The house was clean, comfy and spacious. The bunk beds were surprisingly very comfortable, which was great bc we used them all on a girls weekend. The kitchen, dining and living allowed for us to all be together. The porches and pool were such a nice extra luxury. Plenty of pillows, bathrooms and kitchen counter space for 10 of us. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I had a few issues, but the property management group handled them quickly. We did have issues with the internet on weekend days, which was never resolved while we were there, but they did try to fix it. Overall, a fabulous house and beach stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The private pool was fantastic as was the cleanliness of the house overall. We did have a few minor issues with all trash roll-offs being full when we arrived and not emptied until our 3rd day, but that's no fault of the property management. We received 2 gate codes and 1 fitness center code, though only located 1 gate (entry into the subdivision) and were unable to locate any fitness facility even after asking for assistance from the property management. Morning walks in the beach, though, worked to replace the lack of a gym. Lastly, the listing regarding the bed availability in each room was unclear, so we reached out to the management team. Their response was incorrect for what we discovered upon arrival. Again, we were able to work through it. Overall, we would definitely go back as it was a beautiful location and beautiful home.
