Beach Vibe at Grand Caribbean East - a popular condominium getaway on the eastern end of Perdido Key. There is a private board walk just across Sandy Key Drive for Grand Caribbean guests to easily access Perdido Key's world class beaches. The nearby Gulf Island National Seashore with historical Rosamund Johnson Beach, is an impressive local treasure. Visitors can enjoy an amazing 8 miles of pristine, undeveloped white beach. It is a beautiful sight to see and you might even catch a glimpse of the Blue Angels flying by on a practice day. Johnson's Beach is a great place to ride bikes, launch a kayak, fish or just admire the endless blue horizon of the Gulf of Mexico. The National Seashore also has lifeguards and park rangers working in peak season and restrooms, grills and pavilions that are available year round.

Grand Caribbean offers a great Perdido Key location and is convenient to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Downtown Pensacola, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are very short drives away and offer even more to enjoy. This area is also a boater's paradise. PKRM wants guests to enjoy the beauty of local waterways so we offer complimentary deep sea fishing, dolphin cruises and sunset cruising. We also offer complimentary golf at Lost Key Golf Course and admission to OWA Amusement Park. Reservations can be made via the Xplorie app for PKRM's Perdido Keys To Fun program. These excursions add real value to your vacation!

This 1-bedroom vacation condo comfortably sleeps 6 with a new King Sized bed, twin sized bunks in a fun sleeping nook and a sleeper sofa in the family room. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for making meals and snacks, but we hope each guest tries some fresh, local seafood while they are here. The family room is welcoming and tastefully appointed. Walk outside to enjoy the bonus feature of an extra large balcony overlooking the sparkling resort pool. In the quiet of the evenings, listen for the sound of the waves crashing on the shore as you ponder the utter enjoyment of a day of fun in the sun. If you enjoy a sunrise, get up early to enjoy your coffee and watch as the beach comes to life in the morning. The primary bathroom is en suite with 2 entrances for guest convenience and offers a tub/shower combo. The owners added fresh new decor to this well maintained unit in the hopes of optimal guest enjoyment. Beach Vibe is conveniently available for 3-day getaways and long weekends, but you are welcome to stay for as long as you want! It is also available for extended rentals in the off season. Book early to guarantee your most desired dates.

We had a good time at the Beach Vibe unit. It was a very colorful place. We were on a tight budget so the price was right when I booked in March.I did learn mid-week the neighbor below could hear everything! The washing machine and dryer in the unit were handy but very loud when using. A few glitches when trying to enter the unit for the first time but once we got it figured out there was no problem. I had a few issues dealing with the staff at Perdido Key Resort Management prior to our travels but it all worked out as well. We had no idea there was an elevator available until we had made one trip up the stairs with our luggage. Thankfully the toilet repair man told us before we made another trip.Overall our stay was pleasant and the unit was clean.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay. It would have been nice if there was a broom and dustpan to help with the sand since we were staying for about a full week. A couple extra trash bags would have been nice. While the kitchen was fully equipped and functional, the fridge didnt work very well and there was absolutely zero ingredients such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, basic staples, etc. It was a nice place though and we had a blast!

Great location

This unit's location is close to the beach and an easy walk to shops. The unit was good overall. No carpet is always good. The bedroom has a foam mattress which was very firm. So I didn't find it very comfortable. The bedroom could use room darkening or blackout curtains as the window faces the main walkway where there is lighting. The shears just didn't block out the light. The washer and dryer is always nice to have available. We had an issue with cleaning but I notified management so it could be fixed. There are 2 types of coffee machines available which was good to have. The appliances are mis-matched and some older but they all worked. I didn't like the fabric on the sofa as it looked dirty, so we covered it with a sheet. The sofa felt like it needed to be replaced as well. There were plenty of linens for the bathroom. I would suggest some books and games for rainy days although we didn't have any. It's just items I see in other rentals in the same complex. Not a lot of seating in the living area without having to sit at the table. Maybe add a chair where the bench is and use the bench as a coffee table. The wifi was good. Some furniture on the balcony was a little rusty. Maybe change to some that won't rust too fast. This unit is close to the pool, but it didn't seem loud when out on the balcony. The neighbors upstairs were terrible - kids running and jumping off furniture and loud until after midnight. However, that's not something the owner can predict or avoid.
