2/10 Väldigt dåligt

We arrived after 4:00 pm and entered the property which had clearly not been cleaned. We called to speak with the staff at the number listed and were told it had been cleaned. The lady was insistent that her records showed it had been cleaned. There was literal urine on the toilet seat and debris on the floors as well as stains on the couch. We did not stay at this property since the standards of cleanliness were so low. We have requested our money back for this condo.

We’re very sorry the unit was not cleaned to acceptable standards and that our team told you otherwise. That is unacceptable. We have escalated this to our operations and housekeeping teams for immediate investigation and are reviewing the refund request you submitted. We regret you were unable to stay and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention — we will follow up with an update as soon as possible. Luxury Coastal Vacations
