This is a great property! The unit is clean and has a beautiful view of the Gulf. Host, Kevin, is quick to respond and kind. The unit had all we needed for a 7 day stay and was clean. We would definitely stay again!

Spectacular view from the balcony! Host was great to work with - great communication. Pool was wonderful. Really liked the parking garage onsite and the no hassle parking. All in all a great long weekend with friends.

The stay was fantastic! The room was clean, very nice and overall awesome!!! The host was very nice and communicated really well! The trip was amazing!

Our host was amazing he tried his best to get us what we needed. But overall the place was in construction and was not stated in the description. We were on the 20th floor with roaches the condo was not clean when we got there the elevators were so slow and packed all the time the security people were awful they wouldn’t help you at all our wrist bands wouldn’t let us in half the time and they just watched everyone struggle trying to get in the parking garage. The parking garage is awful you can’t park in there with really any vehicle they close the pool at 9 pm and won’t let no one go down to the beach until 8am your room comes with no chairs for the beach. We will never stay here again.

Our only complaint is the cleaning person did not do a very good job. The floors were VERY dirty when we got there. The condo itself was great though.

Excellent Accommodations

We absolutely loved staying in this condo!! These hosts have thought of most everything you might need for a vacation stay. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook in, the beds are super comfortable, and the furnishings are well thought out, including a dining table for 6-8 people which many units do not have. The condo was sparkling clean when we arrived and we enjoyed every minute we spent there. There’s a lot to do in the area and many restaurants to choose from if you’d like. Finally, the views are simply stunning. 20 floors up gives you a great advantage of the beautiful white sand beaches with gorgeous blue/green waters. This vacation spot is not to be missed. We will definitely return on next year’s trip to Panama City Beach.

Shores 2018

The unit we stayed in was great. The only issues were the floors were very dirty and we had to sweep and mop them once we arrived. We could not sit at times on our balcony because of someone smoking and the smell in the air was awful. We have stayed at the Shores numerous times and the elevator situation is ridiculous. The amount of time it takes to catch one and the lack of air in the elevators is awful. Also, parking is terrible as well. The spaces are tiny, the amount of room to drive is too small and there certainly are not enough spaces. A condo says it can sleep 8-10 people but in a large group as such you may have 3 even 4 vehicles. We had 3 vehicles and one had to park offsite. As much as it costs for the condo, for arm bands and even for beach chairs, there should be plenty of room to park. Lastly, tents in front of us at the beach were absolutely positively the worst. We rented umbrella and not only could we not see the water, but we had to weave and walk sideways and weave through other peoples tents to get to the beach. It was the worst I have ever seen.

Property and host were great! Everything it said it had it had! There were a couple things missed in cleaning but they were small, nothing that would defer me from renting from them again! Host was very responsive the only time I had to ask a question! The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the construction going on (it was hard at first to figure out where to check in at and the parking was very tight! Those are the only two real negatives! It does get pretty rowdy at night at the pool, people on the balcony’s and the beach! Some may not like that but It didn’t bother or hinder us at all though! You can only hear those things while outside on the balcony! Overall it was a great condo and we would definitely rent again!

Ok. The condo was ok, however there were not enough bath towels and kitchen towels. Could have provided a small thing of liquid dish soap as well. It’s the little things. The main issue was the building. The elevators were unmanageable with up to a 30 to 45 minute wait. Peak times were a nightmare. Staff was friendly and helpful, but just for the elevator situation we will not return to this property. Most everyone we spoke to was of the same opinion. This will not be an easy fix. It’s a structural issue.Also, the noise level at night was bad. Partying, cops on the beach, all that. Thank you

The condo was great. It was clean and had everything that we needed. It was decorated beautifully and felt very cozy. I felt safe due to the security on the premises. The staff were extremely helpful. The pool was amazing. The reserve parking spot was extremely convenient!! I will definitely be staying here again.
