Amanda, we’re very sorry your stay fell short of expectations with multiple maintenance issues and the pool closure. We understand how frustrating the refrigerator, dryer, and other problems must have been, and we regret the inconvenience caused. Elevator delays are unfortunately outside our direct control, but we appreciate your feedback and will share all concerns with the property management to help improve future stays.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry to hear how disappointing your stay was, especially given the impact it had on your family’s time together. The construction conditions you described, including the balcony closure, noise, and limited access to amenities, are certainly not the experience anyone hopes for when planning a vacation. We do make every effort to clearly communicate any known building projects, closures, or potential disruptions in the listing details so guests can make an informed decision prior to booking. That said, we understand how frustrating and overwhelming it can feel once you arrive, particularly with young children, and we regret that this affected your stay to this extent. We also appreciate you bringing the kitchen inventory to our attention, as that is something within our control and will be addressed. Your feedback is taken seriously, and we will continue working to ensure expectations are as clear as possible while also advocating for better communication from the building regarding ongoing work. We’re very sorry this stay did not meet your expectations and appreciate you sharing your concerns.
