Fantastisk utsikt mot bergen och havet. När du kommer in hittar du ett ljust och öppet utrymme med vackra och bekväma möbler som inbjuder dig att bosätta dig och känna dig som hemma. Aquatika är ett strandkomplex, men väldigt få äkta strandlägenheter för uthyrning. Om du letar efter ingenting mellan dig och stranden, DET ÄR DEN !!
Över 1500 kvadratmeter boyta och 700 kvm privat terrass.
Den här lägenheten med en anläggning för utvägstyp inkluderar fem simbassänger, en vattenrutschbana under helgerna, flera lekplatser, minigolf och bästa av all tillgång till stranden inom gångavstånd från din apt bara 50 meter bort.

Mezanine har glasfönster för att tillåta fullständig utsikt över havet. Vi har också en fullt möblerad terrass som ger den perfekta platsen för familjen eftermiddag cookouts och sammankomster.

The pros- Check in was easy. Clear and step by step instructions. The kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of pots and pans. The only thing that we didn’t find was a cutting board. Plenty of plates and basic seasonings were provided. The place it’s was beautiful and great location with ocean and pool view. Huge windows that looked amazing for the views and beach access. The cons: the grill had no gas, the bed in the master was dirty with some black balls that we never figured out what they were, one of the large windows was missing the curtain, the roof in the room across the master was leaking water when there was a storm. It also has prior water damage on the ceiling. The beach was not great- it was clean but very very rocky. I recommend anyone staying here to bring water shoes for the beach. Prepare for quite of bit of wait at the gate due to them adding wrist bands on everyone. They should have one gate for check in and another one for people coming back in from running errands. Overall we were happy with the place and would stay here again.

Clean, safe property

Grounds were clean. Kids loved the pool choices. While conveniently located between san juan and fajardo, the neighborhood leaves a bit to be desired. Will have to travel for dinner and supermarkwt options. If you're ok with that, this unit is great.

We had a nice time at this condo rental. The online description is accurate. The unit itself has adequate amenities, but a few extra touches could make it even better. A few updates are needed throughout, but we enjoyed our time there regardless. The beds are very comfortable, the upstairs mezzanine is a nice quiet area to sit. As mentioned in other reviews, the furniture in the downstairs living area could use an update, as it is outdoor furniture and not super comfortable, it did not affect our experience though. We used the provided beach towels and beach chairs for a trip to a local beach. There are many items available for use- balls, rackets, a cooler, chairs, etc.so that is very nice! There are board games in the closet and other games in a dresser. The view from the dining area is wonderful- there is a pool to the right, an open area out front and then the beach to the left. You can see the mountains from the balcony. Yes there are stray cats and dogs around the beach and common areas. They will not bother you. We fed them, as did others. We enjoyed the pool at night, it was wonderful. Cathy is amazing! She addressed a small issue we had with the blinds immediately. She checked in on us throughout and even offered to help us out with issues that were not even condo related that we had. She is a warm, caring person and I praise her highly!

Decent Stay

Property and Complex were as advertised. Great location as advertised (3min Walk to the beach). beautiful facilities. Would recommend this place, however:Unfortunately, the area was not great nor safe. Locals were very friendly, however. Wouldn't book again personally due to its location.

Family Stay

I'll start with the pros because the host and the team was very responsive and tried to help where they could. The size of the unit is very large for a big group. The location for us was ideal because it was half way between San Juan and the East Coast where we planned a couple of excursions. The kitchen had most of what we needed and was as expected.The not so great...we had a delay entering the property because one name had changed from reservation to check in. We updated names 2 days in advance but make sure you point out if there are changes so it doesn't fall through the cracks. The property is just a bit run down. A lot of pools for small kids, but not as ideal for us as we had teenagers. The beach is small and pretty dirty. Lots of stray cats and dogs everywhere you look. There is really no soft furniture in the unit. You will be in your rooms or eating meals. Lots of potential but no where to hang out. Everything is hard outdoor furniture and the cushions have seen better days. I was really shocked that simple things like hand towels and a washcloth was not included in the unit, and the all the towels were paper thin. No soaps in the bathrooms or showers. The beds all had one blanket on them but that was it. Overall I would not stay here again. The hosts were great, but the property needs additional attention.

Aquátika by the ocean

My family and I had the best time staying at this property! It was well located (near the ocean), decorated nicely, clean and had accommodations for the pool. I would definitely recommend staying at this property and in this unit.

The property itself is excellent, quiet, with pools and beautiful blooming trees, the beach is excellent. It is so good for family or for those people, who likes just rest. And there are other beaches, quiet, shallow, clean water, scenic views, all around and not far away.

Family getaway

Overall the place and Aquatika itself were great. The beach was small but isolated to Aquatika and had nice trees for shade. The condo has everything you need to go out to the beach including plenty of beach chairs and towels. The pools were great for the kids and the proximity to El Yunque, San Juan, and Luquillo Beach was great. They do mention in the listing that they have had issues with water damage in the past due to heavy rains. It did rain a lot when we were there and you could definitely tell there was a mildew smell afterward. It was not significant enough to affect our trip, but something to note if you are at all sensitive to that.

A great place to relax and explore the area

The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious, and Aquatika is a great, low-key place to relax. We enjoyed playing in the five pools and at the private beach, and did several day trips to the El Yunque forest, San Juan, Luquillo and Fajardo.

Not bad, not great, overall rate 3.5. The condo was spacious for our family of 8 (6 adults, 2 kids ages 2 & 5) Everyone’s bed was comfortable, could use more pillows. A nonfunctional air mattress was frustrating. The living room is furnished with an outdoor set that was not very comfortable for movie watching. It would be better with a sectional couch for all to sit. We hired a chef to come 3 nights and it was a lifesaver! Not much in the vicinity to visit for a quick meal. Need a car to travel to the next town to get food/entertainment about 20-25 minutes depending on traffic. We stopped at the grocery store after landing for breakfast, lunch and snack items. Large dining table for all to sit and enjoy meals and board games. The kids loved the pools and having the beach in walking distance was great. They had a ball. Laundry inside the condo is key as there are limited bath, beach and kitchen towels. Washed everyday. The kitchen needs to be replenished with newer pots/pans, utensils and serving dishes. The outdoor roof patio was beautiful to watch the sunsets. It rained a full day, so we got to experience the leaky roof situation. No cleaning supplies or vacuum to use just an old mop that was unusable. The host was very responsive to our requests.

Four weeks in January

Aquatika is a gated condominium community that is well-manicured, clean, secluded property with many pools, playgrounds and a isolated ocean beach. It was not busy and other guests were quiet. We were able to walk the grounds day and night with very few bugs. The unit was clean, simple, roomy, comfortable and adequately equipped for our stay. We worked remotely with video calls with minimal problems. The property manager was attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our four-week stay and would do it again.

Beach getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We had a large group and there was plenty of space for us. We were grateful for the extra bedding and towels that were available. We loved the rooftop patio. We felt safe within the complex and enjoyed many of the amenities. We appreciated the recommendations left on the reviews and booking site. It was great! We definitely recommend and would stay again.

Christmas vacation

We just got back from a week long relaxing stay! The condo is clean, and well equipped with all the cooking and grilling needs. We spent lots of time on the beach just steps away from the condo. We enjoyed evening drinks on the deck! The grounds are nice and well kept. The pools are nice and the hot tub is great! Cathy was very attentive.

Loved the condo (no elevators)

We loved our condo. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Cathy was an amazing host. She was available by text or calls. We had a couple of issues (broken washer, leak in ceiling) Cathy was great to communicate with. The only Cons were the water park is not open all week. It only opens for a few hours on Saturday and Sunday. The hot tub doesn’t have working jets and the lazy river is a long pool, it does not operate like a lazy river. The pros: The resort is a large resort and very safe!! Rooftop patio is great, huge windows are amazing, the nightlife outside the resort was also a great time. We Loved this area. If we could change anything, we would add a restaurant and bar inside the resort so we could enjoy every minute and never have to leave the resort. 😁

Great stay near the beach; great home base for other activities

We (family of 5 - two adults and three kids) enjoyed our stay at Aquatika and how the beach and one of the pools were literally steps away. Air conditioners worked really well to keep us cool after coming in from the August heat. The location was also convenient for activities in the rainforest and on the east side of the island. We drove out every day to do something fun before returning to relax at the beach and pool. Thank you Cathy for your responsiveness!

Very nice place, the only bad thing was the power went out, for a half a day a day before we before we came back home, everything else was really nice, the property manager Kathy was very helpful, beautiful beaches about 15 minutes driving, nice restaurants, excellent food.
