Perfect for beachcombing

We had a great time and the condo has a beautiful view of the Gulf. Balcony was wonderful to sit and relax. Beach is incredible and property is nice.

Great view, and steps to the beach & pool. Patio furniture is very nice. Thankful that beach chairs were available. Only complaint was the patio door was extremely hard to open. We've stayed at this complex twice and love the area.

Loved the close beach access and views from the balcony. The office staff were friendly and helpful. There was mold in the main shower that needs to be addressed. The cable box did not work in the living room. And it would be great to have some beach towels/chairs available. We loved our stay!

Beach Vacay

Perfect location...short drive to Clearwater or other beaches in the area. The ocean front view was amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking coffee and eating breakfast each morning and then enjoyed the beautiful sunsets in the evening from the pier. Condo is nicely furnished and provided lots of space. Only steps away to the beach. Umbrella and chair rentals are available; perfect for a little shade on those hot sunny days. The pool was a added bonus after a long day at the beach. We loved that the pool ranged from 3 feet to 6 feet deep. Will definitely consider staying here on our next visit to Clearwater area.

Nice vacation

We liked the condo. There were a couple of things that need attention. The cable box half way worked in the living room. The shower in the hallway had mold in it. The bathroom sink didn’t drain to well. All things that can be easily remedied. Over all we had a nice stay.

Not our best stay

Condo was clean but public areas not so good. Sofas, two chairs in living room and the beds all very soft. Power out one day but building mgr. got Duke power to turn it back on. Both bathrooms extremely small and windows in both bedrooms opened into hall. Barbara at the desk and handyman Dave both helpful. Have loved almost all VRBOs we have rented before but will look for another beach one next year.

I would not come back this week due to safety concerns during this time. The management handled the situation as best as they could and were easy to work with. The condo was stocked with all that we needed and made our stay much easier. We would come back just not this specific week.
