Escape to Seacrest Beach—perfectly nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. Walk to dining, shopping, and the sugar-white sands of 30A. Relax in luxury and enjoy Florida’s largest private HOA pool! It’s about a 7-minute walk to the private deeded beach and there is a community shuttle that goes to the beach and back often.
The Space:
The first floor is an open floor plan with living, dining, kitchen and laundry. From the laundry room you can access the back screened-in porch and the beautiful green space, cornhole boards and the walkway to the pool. The powder room is located on the hallway for easy access. Down the hallway you will find the Master Bedroom with a comfortable King Bed, sitting area and a work space. There is also a private door going out to the screened-in porch.The en-suite Bathroom has dual vanities, a free-standing tub, walk-in shower & water closet.
Upstairs on the second floor are 2 additional bedrooms that share a Jack & Jill Bathroom (separate vanity areas, shared tub/shower & toilet.) One has a Queen Bed and the other a Queen Bed + Twin over Twin Bunk Bed.
The Third floor is an open loft space with an additional Queen Bed, Nintendo Switch, X-Box, plenty of fun games and a private balcony.

Getting Around:
Getting around
Free tram service is provided to the deeded beach access and resort pool from March through Oct from 9am to 5:45pm CT (weather
permitting). The closest pickup/dropoff is 20 steps from the driveway.
Guests may park in the driveway or the gravel bays in front of the home. The gravel
bay parking spaces that align the home are considered “public parking” and may be used by guests residing in neighboring
homes. Please do not block or park in the driveways of neighboring homes.
This house has two dedicated driveway spaces and plenty of street parking to accommodate large groups.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: The Seacrest Beach community does not allow guests to bring trailers, RVs, or boats. If traveling with those items, arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off-site.
Seacrest does not allow towels, chairs, toys, etc., to be left on front porches or railings. Security will visit if this happens. Please keep porches clear of clutter.
Keep children off cable railings, as these are difficult to adjust if compromised.
Bath towels/linens & beach towels are provided.
Beach chairs may also be rented by La Dolce Vita ahead of time (recommended!). Tents are NOT permitted on the beach but umbrellas are allowed.
