Love this condo and the location. Everything was great. Located within walking distance right between the two piers. I definitely would stay here again. Nice restaurants nearby.

Great condo and excellent location. Condo had anything and everything to make the vacation perfect. Loved how spacious the condo was , and the location on the 1st floor was perfect. Will definitely be going back. Thank you for a great stay.

The complex is convenient, well kept, and secure. While the furnishings are not updated in this unit, they are comfortable and the unit is was clean. The beds are comfortable. We did not cook meals during our stay but the kitchen appeared adequately supplied. The only issue we had was with the TV service. It seems that rentals are moving in the direction of having the renter sign onto streaming services so go prepared with your sign on ID’s and passwords. The host was quick to respond to questions and check in was easy. We enjoyed our stay in this very nice unit.

Location just over pool & ocean was perfect! Very clean, everything we needed was available in the unit. Great communication with owner. Looking forward to going again and hoping this unit will be available!

Second time we went to this vrbo on the beach. My Mom is 89 and disabled. We love the perfect ocean view. Always clean! Always organized and stocked. The owner is so nice and very on top of things. We will go again!

1st.. Great Host! 2nd... Location! What an amazing view, this complex every condo has a great view. This one is great because of location in the complex. Very clean. We were on a girls trip, Myself and Best friend, Mom and her Best Friend. It was perfect location, we could be on the beach and they could stay on porch if need be and still feel a part. We ate in condo every meal but one. And ate every meal on the great deck! We didn't even turn on the TV in living room until 4th day. Already planning next years girls trip! Mike is a great host!

Great location

Perfect location between Garden City and Surfside with Conch Cafe right next door. Awesome views of the beach and on-site pool from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again!
