Beach Studio 133 with a Beach Backyard is a private studio apartment (220 sq ft) with a queen bed and an additional queen sofa bed with private bathroom and kitchenette located in the best Neighborhood in South Beach (South of 5th)
Free parking for the whole duration of your stay.
Ask for guest parking pass and instructions.
No pets allowed
Set directly on the beach.
No ocean view
Beach and pool access is through the corridor inside building.
Laundry facility available in common corridor.

Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella at the beach kiosk located on the beach facing the building (Estebanâs Place Kiosk) using a photo of the private beach pass poster ( poster located in unit ) provided with your stay.
Lobby door ( glass doors ) and side exit doors from stairwell of condo building leading to pool backyard and beach unlock with the same key.
This key is obtained from the lockbox located outside the building.

The back beach-gate to and from beach unlocks with a keypad passcode.
