This vintage southwest Florida beach trailer stood strong during hurricane Ian in 2022 and is back: charming, completely renovated and Zen Again. This rare gem had over 50, 5-star ratings before the renovation and we know you will appreciate the carefully curated old Florida island vibes we brought back.
The location is nestled in paradise between Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. We challenge you to find a better location close to everything but far enough away for serious quiet time.

Completely gutted down to the studs, totally restored and carefully curated, this little home has everything needed to feel at home by the beach!

Located right in the middle, and less than three miles each, from Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, it's also a short bike ride from Bunche Beach eco preserve.

The resort itself has 2 pools, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and a small fishing pond. The area has no shortage of island activities in every direction.

Home boasts one bedroom with a king bed and one queen sized pull out sofa. The sofa bed is located in the Florida/Living room.

There are two bathrooms, each with showers, a generous and bright kitchen (fit for any cook but...who wants to cook?) has butcher block counters, a center island, a beverage corner, a large dining table, and a bright sunny area for working from home. Fast Wi-Fi, and the ocean being a mile away, makes this part easy. It's surprisingly spacious for a little trailer.

Home is equipped with 2 TVs, all linens and towels, soaps and paper goods, and kitchen pantry items.

In the shed, beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers, fishing rods, a couple of bikes and other things are all there for you to use! We even try to have sunscreen there so you can hit the beach before you buy your own.

Just bring your clothes and personal items and we have everything else covered, so as soon as you arrive you'll feel Zen Again!
