Perfect Place to Unwind

My husband and I took a quick trip to Nosara to decompress from our hectic work schedules. We could not have been more pleased to find this delightful property. With it's comfortable bedrooms, spa-like bathrooms and beautiful pool that sits above the treetops, this retreat was exactly what we needed.The property has the wonderful feel of being tucked away, but is only a short drive to the ocean, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed activities in town and on the beach, but didn't mind spending a day reading by the pool and watching the birds surf the thermal currents.Although it was just the two of us on this trip, this house would also be a good fit for families or groups. We are looking forward to a return trip!

My husband and I have always dreamt of building our dream house in an amazing place that we would both love. As soon as we visited Nosara, CR for the first time many years ago, we fell in love. Our goal was to buy the perfect property and build an amazing house that took advantage of all of the natural beauty surrounding it.

All construction was completed in February of 2025 and we can't wait to share this beautiful house with you.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The area is quiet and on a dead end street. There are beautiful views of the ocean and the jungle so you have your choice of where to sit and have your wine or coffee. It's located in the D Section overlooking Play Guiones and right next to Playa Pelada so very easy to head downtown or the beach. It's a quick 5 minute drive! This property is elevated so the breezes are wonderful and it's typically 5-10 degrees cooler than the beach. Also, since it's on a dead end there isn't any dust! Also, since it's on a dead end there isn't any dust! And the Howler monkeys love the trees near our property so you'll most likely get to monkey watch!

Casa Carlitos is unique because of the spaciousness and the attention to detail every inch of the home has. It was custom built and designed to to ensure that it maximized all the property had to offer- which are spectacular views in every direction. There is an elevator and an ADA accessible 4th bedroom apartment which is very unique in this part of the country. It also has a hot tub connected to the pool which is rare as well!
