Vår 3 sovrum 2 badrum Ocean Front hem bekvämt rymmer 8 gäster ligger bara några steg från sanden i Rio Del Mar Beach. Denna 2 våningar fritidshus har ett överflöd av utomhusutrymme. Den innehåller en stor, privat, uteplats utrustad med en grill. Också njut av framsidan, med ett paraply matsal uteplats set som sitter upp till 6. Dessutom leder båda sovrummen upp till ett däck med fantastisk havsutsikt. Det är inte sällsynt att se delfiner hoppa tillsammans med alla andra sevärdheter Rio Del Mar Beach har att erbjuda.

Huvudgolvet har en öppen planlösning som innehåller en formell vardagsrum med platt-TV, nyare soffor och sittplatser, gas spis, kartong, badrum, tvättstuga, sovrum och ett matbord för 6 som ligger intill det fullständiga utrustat kök.

På andra våningen finns ett badrum på toppen av stjärnorna med havsutsikt sovrum på vardera sidan av hallen.

Home Away From Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my favorite vacation rental that is actually close to my own home. It is so warm, welcoming and cozy. I feel like I’m in an insulated bubble when I retreat to this place, yet, I can still drive off and take care of business when I need to do so. I order my groceries from a local store and they are delivered to my doorstep so I don’t have to pack anything other than my beach clothes and accessories. The beach is right in front of us, allowing quick access to enjoy throughout the day, including front row seats to spectacular sunsets! A fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze AND a washer and dryer keeps us fresh and clean with less clothing to pack! Some days I’m perfectly content to stay inside to relax and listen to the sound of the ocean. I will return again and again.....

Dirty rental

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very cute place and good location. This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed through VRBO. I would say the linens and bed covers and pillows were the worst. I can’t believe you have a charge for linens and for cleaning separate. The linen service sucks. The tables and chairs were discussing. So was the screens on the windows. We had to clean everything ourselves before we could sleep here.

The Good and The Bad

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The homes location was amazing! Parking was a problem as the driveway fits only one car and the majority of the remaining street is red curb. The upkeep of the house was okay and cleaniness definitely lacked. Bob Bailey Property Mgmt was very responsive and would rate high.

Beach drive Rio del Mar

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay, right across from beach access.Wonderful time with the family. If you are not familiar with the area there is not a lot of shops nearby. A drive to Capitola or Santa Cruz took care of that. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for 7 of us. Small glitch with the dishwasher but heard all new appliances are being installed after our visit. I did find it strange that there were decor items placed under the beds and in corners next to dressers. And then oddly short on pillow cases, but plenty of pillows in the closets. I later found linens in several random places throughout the house. Some items were not centrally located and found like most places we have rented in the past. Overall, would recommend to others and would consider renting again.

Great location, worn down,

Nice location across the street from beach. Lots of foot traffic, and to be expected with public beach. While mostly clean, the blinds were old challenging to lift up and down. Whole house is worn down. Also outside of property was covered in spider webs. Good tv with streaming.

Girls Get Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was ok it slept 8 but it had no setting for 8 people to sit together at any table inside or out. The supply of towels was exactly 8 towels 8 wash clothes and 4 hand towels. That was very insufficient for 8 women for 3 days. Parking was only for one car. The public parking area to the left of the house was limited time and the sign that is there is very faded only visible in day light if standing right in front of it. Could not see there was a time posted that said hours of 10pm to 6am no parking. 3 of the cars that were in the group received $26.00 dollar tickets. Again, no sign that said there was a fine for parking after hours that again was not visible on the sign. There should be a notice in the home about the parking.

Good view

Enjoyed the front window table and good kitchen amenities. Bathrooms , new and clean, upstairs bedrooms a nice surprise and porch great. A bit pricey after all the added charges? Needed to know the sizes of beds in each room. Bedrooms upstairs could accommodate more than we thought.

Even better than expected

We had a wonderful quick getaway in Rio Del Mar. The property was spotless and we were super comfortable despite being Covid-cautious. Location was amazing and the parking spot on perfect beach days made everything easy. Great trip.

Great location, tons of fun boogyboarding

This place has a great location right across the street from a great beach. Beach is great for walking, great for boogyboarding. The street is not a main street so not heavily traveled. Beautiful sitting out front and watching the waves - great for my parents who are 90 years old to sit and enjoy the beach!
