Loose floor boards on balcony, only 2 rolls of tissue paper for 8 guests for 2 nights. No extra garbage bags. When turning ice maker on fridge leaks. Black hair on main shower wall along with a few black bugs.. Upon entry floor smelled of sour mop.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know the details from your recent stay in this great property. As for the complimentary start-up of supplies we provide, that information is spelled out clearly in the arrival information provided to each guest. We provide a complimentary start-up of items including 1 roll of tissue per bathroom, a trash bag for each receptacle, as well as a roll of paper towels for the kitchen. Once those items are used, it is up to each guest to replenish what they need for the duration of their stay. We would've happily had housekeeping address any issues you had upon arrival had we been made aware of them during your stay. We hope you at least enjoyed the gorgeous coastal breezes, the gorgeous views of Little Lagoon, and the easy walk to the public beach access. Thank you again for the review. We hope you will give this property another try in the future and come be our guest again soon.

Spinnaker Pointe was nice. We enjoyed our stay. But, it's time to replace the mattress in the master bedroom. It wasn't comfortable and noisy. Overall, we love Gulf Shores. We visit every June for our family vacation. Everyone enjoyed the pool.

The host responded quickly when I needed him. The check in and arrival instructions were sent a little over a week before check in. The only problem we had was the let out bed in the living room mattress cover was nasty. I texted the hostess to let him know and I took the mattress cover off and washed it and he brought over clean sheets the next morning for it because there weren’t any sheets to go on it. The closest door in the master room was off track and maintenance came right over the next morning to fix it, which wasn’t a problem, but I didn’t want them to think we had torn it up.

My stay was excellent. The location was right across the street from the beach and steps away from the pool. Service was exceptional. It there was an issue it was resolved immediately. The only downside was that you are only provided one roll of toilet paper and one roll paper towels. There are onsite grills and we even received a beach essentials credit. Amazing place… We will definitely book again.

Great for our family

We were walking distance to all of the local things we wanted to do! We were a quick walk away from the beach. The pool is viewable from the deck and you can see the water from both spots! The house was clean, ready for us, and was easy to get in and out of when we needed to come and go. If you have kids, I would bring scooters for the walk to things!

Gulf of America weekend getaway

The place was a great stay. Condo was clean and came with all the necessities needed! The King bedroom mattress is very loud and I would wake up our baby getting in and out of the bed all night and the beach access is public beach access. It is a good little walk to get to the boardwalk out to the beach especially if you have a 2 month old and a lot of things to carry. The closest paid parking is very small and fills up quickly.

Devin, Thank you for your awesome 5 star rating and review of your stay with us. We try our best to explain the details of beach access points in both the listing as well as the arrival information we provide to each guest when booking this great property. I understand how difficult it could be with a baby in tow for sure, no matter how close the beach access actually is. We are so happy you did not let this minor detail keep you from having a great time, and hope you will come be our guest again soon. Please know that we manage units located directly on the beach as well so maybe you can book a future stay with us beachfront, and we will happily apply your loyal, returning guest discount to any property you book with us.
