Includes access to home theatre/fitness room with full-screen projector and weight machine; open floor plan living room/dining room with fireplace, smart TV, surround sound, & PS5; kitchen fully loaded with appliances including dishwasher; in-unit laundry, central ac/heat with a programmable thermostat, viby lighting, and home-pod system, 2 outdoor balconies, parking spot, and ample street parking for guests.
