Though situated in an older apartment block, this flat has been beautifully updated with modern screed flooring and a soothing palette of sea blues and greens. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery, while braai facilities ensure a delightful cooking experience. With two spacious bedroomsâa main room with a king-size bed and a second room with two single beds, sharing a full bathroomâcomfort is guaranteed.
The apartment also features a versatile indoor dining table that doubles as a workspace, overlooking an expansive lounge with a cozy L-shaped couch ideal for reading, resting, or watching TV. The lounge seamlessly opens into a sunroom with a large dining table and a comfortable seating nook, perfect for gatherings.
Exclusively for guest use, the apartment also offers a small garden for private enjoyment, along with access to a shared backyard featuring a BBQ area. Although I do not reside on-site, my team and I are just a short 10-minute drive away and are always available to assist. Please note that South Africa occasionally manages electricity restrictions, and a load shedding schedule will be provided if necessary.
