Den stora villaen är möblerad till hög standard, har ett dubbelrum och ett tvåbäddsrum, badrum, gästtoalett, ett fullt utrustat kök, vardagsrum, matplats, satellit-TV och DVD- och CD-spelare. Det tredje sovrummet, som ligger på bottenvåningen, är perfekt för äldre barn, föräldrar eller svärföräldrar, eftersom det är en fristående enhet med ett tvåbäddsrum, badrum och kök / frukostrum. Utanför finns flera terrasser och en grillplats. Det finns en stor 10m by 4m privat pool med romerska trappsteg och en utomhus varm och kall dusch. Ett säkerhetsstaket med en låsbar grind skiljer poolområdet från huvudterrassen. Beläget i det lugna läget i La Fustera, är vår villa idealiskt belägen för de vackra lokala stränderna. Den naturliga sandstranden i La Fustera ligger fem minuters promenad bort, har en EG-blå flaggpris och är idealisk för familjer. Temaparker, vattensporter, golf och dykning finns i närheten.

Vacances de rêves

Bonnes indications, bonnes situations, beaucoup de villes et petits villages portuaires à visiter. Il y a eu des critiques concernant la climatisation, celles ci sont incorrectes, avec une gestion normale de la climatisation, le fonctionnement est parfait et la température est bonne. Nous avons eu 22 intérieur alors que nous étions à 35 extérieur. Logement parfait et propriétaires réactifs et très sympathiques Nous recommandons fortement

Amazing holiday

Lovely property in a quite place. Wouldn't say, but it is just 4 min walk to the beautiful beach with nice restaurant just next to it. Swinmming pool amazing. Inside the villa everything you need. Ken, the manager, reply to email basically straight away if you need something. Definitely recommended

Quiet week of relaxing in the sun

Dommage que la clim soit réduite à la pièce principale

Points forts : bonne situation, proche plage belle piscine très propre Points faibles: climatisation uniquement dans la pièce principale.. Il en faudrait une dans chaque chambre. Les ventilateurs de plafond n'apportent aucune fraîcheur. L'appartement en rez de chaussée est humide..même en laissant les fenêtres ouvertes toute la journée.

Quiet and relaxing

A relaxing spot only a short walk to the local beach, beach bar and easy access to the larger areas nearby. Simple and effective Villa providing a family all that is needed for a relaxing holiday. Lovely owners and management team answered any questions quickly.

Perfect location and cosy house

We had a very nice stay. The house is perfect for a small family and the appartment (we didn't use) is a nice extra. The short walk to Playa the la Fustera and a supermarket is a big plus. By car a short drive to Calpe beach to enjoy a full day at the beach with small kids. We will be back!

Great house for family holiday close to the beach

This property is ideal for a family/multi-generation holiday given its separate "flat" on the ground floor. The terraces, garden and pool are very spacious and provide an ideal environment to relax. The villa's interior was quite functionally furnished and the kitchen was equipped with everything thats needed. Overall the description of the house was very accurate and also the photos provided reflect the property very well. Communication with the friendly owners was quick and uncomplicated. The surroundings of the villa are very quiet, but a supermarket and several restaurants as well as the beach are in walking distance. The only negative point to report was a broken washing machine before our arrival, which also could not be fully fixed during our stay. Overall we very much recommend this property and would be happy to come back.

Una casa perfecta

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones fantásticas en familia, la casa es amplia, súper limpia y está muy bien equipada, no le falta detalle. El patio y la piscina es ideal para disfrutar del aire libre, muy bien cuidado, con tumbonas, barbacoa… La zona muy tranquila y la playa muy cerquita andando. Tiene todos los detalles para disfrutar de unas bonitas vacaciones, muy recomendable.

Beautiful Villa

Four of us have just returned from this lovely villa. The small apartment on the ground floor was ideal for my mum as she had her own privacy. The pool and outside terraces are perfect and the views are amazing. We all had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return. Thank you Dave and Jacky.

Lovely villa and location

The villa looked lovely when arriving even though we were blurry eyed from travelling. As soon as you walked in it was a very homely feel. The pool was amazing, very clean and is maintained weekly, perfect size for children! The bedrooms and bathrooms were great, we didn't end up using the downstairs apartment but the space would be great for a bigger family. The location is perfect, you're a 5 min walk from the local beach, family friendly with a little beach bar/restaurant. The BBQ at the villa was great too, the perfect size to cook your meats. I'd say to hire a car as the coastline is beautiful with lots of rocky beaches to explore, calpe isn't far too but it's a busy place especially in August. Overall I would go back to this villa, it's very quiet and you're not disturbed, it can get intensely hot in summer months and you are higher up than sea level but this is why you have a great pool :-) Thanks for the stay, lovely holiday.

Good location, nice pool

Nice house with location (walking distance close to one of the few sand beaches - the rest are stones and rocks or highly commercial) and pool as best assets. House adverted for more persons, but house is fit for max 4 pax. Option to have 2 more in small living/dining room as well ad a second ‘appartment’ for 2 pax in a separate part of the house (under the house, with separate front door, own kitchen etc). We were 4, so all ok. Nice region to discover. The pool and airco you need to cope with high temperatures. House is well equipped. From value for money perspective, consider it a rather expensive house for what it offers as a whole.

Great holiday with large pool

Clean villa. good value for money villa with an excellent large pool. The “granny flat” was great for privacy separating out different generations of family. We met the villa manager who was welcoming, friendly and did an excellent job at preparing the villa for us. The local supermarket, which was five minutes walk away, has a good bakery with an excellent butcher for BBQ food. We really recommend the “home made” burgers, sausages and kababs. Lots of fun meals/drinks at the Mandala beach bar. We recommend the Sangria there with “by the glass” works out as better quality and volume than the jugs (even though the jugs appear to cost slightly less). The Marina is about 10 mins walk away over the coast with excellent Paella. While we did not find very much to see in Benissa, it was worth a trip on the free air conditioned minibus, which we caught just by the Mandala beach bar. The Benissa Cathedral was lovely and we found excellent tapas in a café/restaurant in one of the side streets. Great holiday all round.

Nice villa in a good location

A nice villa in a good location and is quiet/peaceful. A big pool to keep the kids happy and a spacious terraced area. Calpe is only a few minutes by car and Moraira is about 10 minutes drive away. A small beach is only a 5 minute walk away which has a beach bar that serves good food at reasonable prices. A handful of eateries also within walking distance are in the area.

Great Villa and Great Location

We are just back from two weeks holiday here and quite honestly I'd go back tomorrow. The villa was lovely; modern and well equipped with air conditioning and excellent Wi-Fi. Externally it featured a huge external patio / seating area which being south facing had the sun all day and adjacent to this was a superb pool. The villa is situated between the towns of Calp and Moraira both of which have a variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars within about a 10 minute drive but if you didn't want to take the car, then there were a number of local restaurants and bars all within walking distance. We had a very relaxing two weeks here and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this property.

Wonderful relaxing holiday, great family villa

We had a fantastic stay at this homely villa, great location with local restaurants and a brilliant beach and beach bar only a couple of minutes walk away. The villa was immaculate, very clean and perfect for a family. Big pool and great social dining barbecue area for evenings in. Would definitely return to Benissa, thank you.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cette villa. Très bien entretenue et propre. La piscine est très agréable. La plage de la fustera à 5min à pied est magnifique. Nous étions 2 familles soit 9 personnes au total. L'idéal est d'y aller à 6 ou 7 personnes. En point à améliorer, la pergola serait mieux sur la grande terrasse pour avoir une plus grande surface couverte et avoir un visuel sur la piscine en même temps. De plus, L'éclairage extérieur est quasi absent à l'endroit de la pergola. Il serait aussi bien d'avoir des casseroles plus grandes, à 9 celà n'était pas toujours pratique. Et les volets manquent pour ne pas être réveillé trop tôt par le soleil Mais celà ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un super séjour. Les propriétaires et hôtes sont disponibles et agréables. La région magnifique. Nous recommandons. Merci pour tout

Beautiful villa in a great location

The villa is in a great location just outside Calpe with lots of privacy, but close to the beach and a decent supermarket. The air conditioning was good and very necessary as it was so hot. The pool was a good size and depth which kept the kids entertained for hours - the outside shower meaning no getting the villa wet and slippery. Highly recommended.

Lovely villa.

We had a lovely time in your villa. Nice quiet area and only 5 minutes from the beach. Weather was good and it was good to be there on the Friday for the San Juan party on the beach. Thanks again for the use of your villa.

Villa idéale et conforme à l'annonce

La maison est très bien située, au calme et proche de Calpe. Il y a des commerces tout près. Les explications à l'arrivée sont très claires. L'équipement de la maison est complet, la piscine très bien entretenue. Nous avons passé une quinzaine de jours très reposante, les enfants comme nous avons été enchantés.
