immaculate and beautifully presented

A property which was beautifully presented and very clean. Very relaxing only English channels on tv were Sky News and BBC news and pool had no shallower end but saying that we loved it.

Idyllic Setting In the great area of Cap de la Nau

Villa Victoria was outstanding. Punctually met by Gabbi who introduced us to the property. We had a great two week stay, most certainly a 5☆ property. Only downside little or no uk TV, but didn't bother us. Would definitely recommend. Chris & Karen

Perfect villa in an excellent location

Had such a wonderful stay here. The villa was immaculate. I stayed here with my family of four and it was the perfect size. 3 great sized bedrooms and lovely bathrooms. The decor throughout is lovely and the kitchen is very well equipped but the outdoor area is the best bit about this villa. The pool is an excellent size (worth noting for those with younger children considering staying here that the shallow end is not very shallow - it’s about 5ft deep!) All of the different areas are great with the bar/kitchen area with a built in BBQ, a cushioned seating area and a dining area. It’s a very peaceful area but you will need a car to stay here. There are a couple of shops & restaurants fairly close by (walkable within about 15-20 minutes) but would advise driving. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa & would certainly consider returning here for another stay. Thank you also to Gabi who was very helpful and a great host!

Fabulous family holiday

Anyone searching for a lovely quiet villa and urbanisation, look no further than Villa Victoria. Very clean and well maintained with weekly visits from the pool & garden maintenance. Well equipped kitchen , living room. The beds were very comfortable, likewise the bathrooms all modern and fresh. Air conditioning throughout the house if you want it. Outside sofa and table under a fixed shade, and the dining table and chairs under the small naya. A large gas BBQ and outside kitchen lives adjacent to the pool & patio. Parking to the front of the property in the shade, we managed to fit two small cars on there. Xabia only a few minutes drive away, Denia a little further. Booking was very straightforward, with the excellent host Gabi, who met us at the property on day 1. She is very good at her job, and was available for a minor issue we had, which she resolved quickly for us. The Balcon Al Mar urbanisation is very nice, and a lovely area to spend time on holiday. I would certainly have no concerns visiting this lovely villa again. Thank you.

Tolle Villa, sehr zu empfehlen und wohlfĂŒhlen

Ganz tolle Villa, in der man sich richtig wohlfĂŒhlen kann. Schöne ruhige Lage in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Sehr großer Pool, und eine OutdoorkĂŒche mit Gasgrill, was wir regelmĂ€ĂŸig genutzt haben. Auch am Abend haben wir uns im gemĂŒtlichen „Loungebereich“ aufhalten können. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sauber. Die Kommunikation und HausĂŒbergabe mit Gabi vor Ort war hervorragend und völlig problemlos.

Nous avons été éblouies par cette belle maison. L'accueil était chaleureux, les lieux aux alentours sont magnifiques. Tout était en place pour nous permettre de passer une semaine loin des tracasseries du quotidien. Nous reviendrons :)

Une villa incroyable tant au niveau des prestations que de la localisation. Sur les hauteurs sans vis Ă  vis. Des prestations de trĂšs hautes qualitĂ©s. Une grande piscine et profonde, superbe jardin, patio et cuisine d’étĂ© que l’on a bien utilisĂ©. 3 lits doubles. ChaĂźnes te françaises entre autre.Gabi ( francophone) trĂšs disponible sur place pour l’entrĂ©e et la sortie et pour toute demande. Les photos de l’annonce sont loin de la vĂ©ritĂ©, c’est encore mieux qu’imaginĂ©. Un sĂ©jour inoubliable!

Stylish villa in a peaceful location

We had a wonderful time here. The villa is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The location is peaceful and within a short walking distance to some stunning views of the coastline and a short drive to Javea town and beach. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property did not disappoint

This property is just as good as the photos. Spacious and comfortable and immaculately clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the outside space wonderful. We spent most of our time outside as the temperatures were in the high 20’s and even used the pool which was a little chilly but we are hardy Brits!! The location is approx 8km from Javea and about a 15 min car ride. The cap de nau lighthouse is a 10 minute walk and worth a visit for the amazing views. We’ve had a super time.

Gepflegtes Haus mit schönem Pool

Wir verbrachten zwei erholsame Wochen in Javea. Das Haus ist gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist groß und kann von den Nachbarn nicht eingesehen werden. Es gibt in der Umgebung wunderbare Buchten zum Baden und Schnorcheln. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub in einem Traumhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr netten Schriftwechsel mit dem EigentĂŒmer. Die Anreise-Informationen erhielten wir rechtzeitig und Gabi hat uns vor Ort freundlich empfangen. Das Haus hat eine neue, schöne und sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, einen gepflegten Garten und einen riesigen Pool. Die AußenkĂŒche mit Gasgrill war einfach perfekt. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst und uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Ein fehlender Sonnenschirm am Pool wurde umgehend von Gabi beschafft und aufgestellt. Leider hatten wir in der ersten Woche ganztags Baumaßnahmen auf dem NachbargrundstĂŒck, was wirklich nervte. Somit packten wir unsere Badesachen ein, oder besuchten die naheliegenden Nachbarorte. Nach 15 Jahren wieder in Javea, gab es viel zu entdecken. Wir empfehlen unbedingt einen Ausflug in die Altstadt mit einer kleinen Markthalle. Es machte wirklich Spaß durch die Straßen zu schlendern. Unser Fazit: Wir hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub, in einem geschmackvollen Haus und genossen es jeden Tag in den Pool zu springen. FĂŒr den angenehmen Aufenthalt ein großes Dankeschön an Philippe und natĂŒrlich auch an Gabi, die uns vor Ort immer zur VerfĂŒgung stand. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt bald wieder !

Sehr schönes, hochwertiges Domizil

Das Objekt ist modern und dennoch landestypisch eingerichtet. Die BĂ€der sind neuwertig und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und zahlreich vorhanden. Die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten laden zum Chillen und gemĂŒtlichen Beisammensein ein. Der Pool ist groß genug, um Bahnen zu schwimmen. Wir haben unsere Zeit im Oktober 2021 sehr genossen und kommen sicherlich gerne wieder.

Really enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our time here. Gabi was really helpful and the villa was really comfortable and the kids loved it. The BBQ area was great and the views were lovely. Easy commute to Javea and surrounding areas. The things to consider here are that we found was that the pool was not useable as way way too cold but we were there in October, the Internet is pretty bad for those that need a good connection and also there is a service charge for linen and towels that you should be aware of. These are small things but would definitely go again for sure.
