Denna lägenhet community backar upp till en av St. Augustines vackraste stränder, Butler Beach, och har också uppvärmda pooler året runt. När du bor på detta mycket vackra och privata samhälle vid stranden, bara några minuter från centrum historiska St. Augustin, det finns många lokala matställen inom gångavstånd samt Publix, Winn Dixie och livsmedelsbutiker med sprit. Great weekend getaway!

My husband and I had an adult weekend getaway and this condo was perfect for us! Great location, convenient to all the attractions. Nice walk to the beach, overall great facilities.

Great location and good value for the amenities even though prices were inflated due to Easter vacation peak time. Would stay again if returning to Saint Augustine.

Long birthday weekend

Loved our time at the condo. We have stayed before and it was perfect. We love the location. We spent time at the beach, pool, and walked to a few restaurants. Overall it was a fun time.

Convenient condo in Ocean Club Village

Overall, a very nice small 1 bedroom condo in a great condo complex on the very wide Butler Beach. Condo close to A1A, so a bit noisy, especially during bike Week. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Place, Wonderful City

I spent a week at Dawn's place and it was just great. Next to the pool, access to the beautiful beach. Place was nice, clean and charm, perfect for a small family. St Augustine was also fun, great cuisine, lots of history, nice museums, shops.... An hour and 30 minutes from Orlando too!!

Absolutely perfect

Our stay at the condo was everything you could ask for. It was clean, well decorated and easily accessible to numerous restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back, the owner was fantastic to communicate with.

Perfect little condo that was very clean, host was great and no issues. That part of the beach is not overly crowded which is great. Building is closest to A1A so a little bit of a walk to get back to the beach.

Very nice condo close to the beach!

My girls and I loved this condo! It is in the perfect location and you can walk to the heated pool and ocean. Dawn was super helpful and took care of everything. I would definitely stay at her condo again.

Close to beach!

Property was very clean. Check in and check out we're super easy! The condo had everything we needed and it was walking distance to beach and several restaurants. Close ride to downtown. We will be back!

Wonderful condo

The condo was very nicely updated with lovely beachy decor, even better in person. Finally a condo with enough towel racks for family of 4! Very nice, heated pool. Owner was very easy to communicate with and had a simple check in and check out process.

Thanksgiving get-a-way

My husband and I (with our fur baby) made a late decision to head to St. Augustine. We found this unit in the Ocean Village Club complex. We have rented there many times but never the one bedroom unit. Small but perfect for the 3 of us.

We were there 4 days. Liked the decor. It was comfortable. The pool was very nice. The owner was very nice and helpful. A few things need fixing but still was enjoyable

New Year's Eve at the Beach

Had a wonderful time. The condo was as advertised and very clean upon arrival. Easy to gain entrance. The amenities like tooth brushes and shampoo were a nice touch. Short drive to St Augustine. Really enjoyed the stay and pet friendly as well. Would definitely come back.
