401 E Huron är (3 sovrum ~ 1 badrum) ~ (6 sovplatser) Det är (3 kvarter till centrum gatan) där du hittar alla mysiga butiker,
restauranger, "beachy" barer och bara ett par minuters promenad till stranden!

Hemmet är handikapp tillgängligt som är duschen. Lätt att komma runt med inbyggda ramper som kan sättas på plats på förfrågan! Njut av (privat skärmad i veranda), utrustad med sittplatser för gott. Det finns ett fullt utrustat kök med sittplatser runt bordet. (jacuzzi) i sovrummet.

Det finns ingen förnekande av den klassiska Folly Beach-inredningen som ägarna har lagt in i sitt hem. Kom och stanna själv! Det här är mycket mycket och det finns massor av utrymme i gräsmattan för barnen att leka. Det finns också en bra eldkälla med sittplatser och ett rep swing för barnen!

4th on Folly

The weather wasn't great, they canceled the fireworks show, but we weren't going to let that stop us from having a great time.The beach cottage was perfect for our family. Close to the beach and downtown Folly. Nice screened outdoors seating with a grille. It was too hot to light the fire pit, but there is plenty of seating around the pit.

Amazing property! Lots of space! Great location!

We had an amazing time at the Sunshine House. It was a close walk to town and a few short blocks to the beach. We were also happily surprised that we were near the city park, pickleball, and basketball courts. I highly recommend it!!

Great getaway

Nice place, easy walk to beach, close enough to walk to the restaurants/shops but also far enough away to not be bothered by the traffic, people, and noise when the area gets busy. Cozy, but has everything needed. Great stay for our family.

Great location

This house was perfect for our boys. We loved being able to walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to cook at the house. Folly Beach is a wonderful place for a family vacation.

Fun Family Get Away

This was a great spot for our family to vacation in Folly. The house is cute and just a few blocks from the beach. We really enjoyed the screened porch for our morning coffee! The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Our family of 6 really enjoyed the house and would definitely recommend it.

Spring in Folly Beach

Cute little cottage. Great yard. Fire pit. Short walk to beach. We love to cook, and kitchen was a little minimal but other than that, perfect.

Perfext

Perfect. Accurate to listing. Location was perfect. Far enough from the strip to be quiet but an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops. Easy, quick walk to the beach. Bed were comfortable. AC worked great. Loved the patio and back porch area.

Cute little place

Cute little place, pics were spot on, was supposed to get a new grill but it didn’t come in in time. Old grill was hard to light Had an issue with the ac (my husband already looked at it) but with both issues, the management gets right back to you quickly and efficiently even on weekends

Amazing space! Definitely the place to stay!

If you are visiting Folly Beach, this house will make your vacation something spectacular. It is clean, spacious, close to the ocean, and perfectly situated for a family, or a couple. We will rent there, again and again. Best place we ever stayed on the Island. Book it, today!

We had an awesome time and the location was great

Great section of town

The house had all of the accommodations we had hoped. Easy access to the main strip and the beach. Far enough off the main road where it was nice and quiet at night. Everything you need in a beach house.

Sunshine House

For a beach house it would be nice to have basic beach amenity items like towels and beach chairs. Also some furniture in the house should be replaced. Not comfortable sitting in a chair that is clearly broken and sits on 4x4’s.

A nice newly renovated place!

It is a nice place to stay that is close to the beach. Has a big yard on the side where we could play games. The inside is pretty new with a master bedroom, two smaller bedrooms and a pull out couch. It was perfect for my friends and I to stay there. The back porch is nice for a hangout to get out of the sun!!!

Wonderful time in Folly Island

Wonderful stay! House was perfect and had everything we needed and more! Very clean and completely outfitted. Loved the screened in porch where we could sit and watch the sunrise and listen to the birds sing their morning songs. So close to the beach and downtown. Wonderful quiet neighborhood. From the moment we walked in, the Sunshine House was so comfortable and welcoming. I felt like the people that own this house must be kindred spirits. Every possible item we needed was there and all we added was some food and fun. Thank you so much!!

Great Place to Say

Easy 4 block walk to the town or the beach, yet quiet neighborhood. Very bicycle friendly area. Large yard, great fire pit at night. Screen in porch was nice. Very large shower was nice. No steps to climb was another plus for bringing our supplies in. 3 bedrooms all on one floor, nice for a family vacation!

Great location, awesome vacation!

This house was perfect for our vacation! Super clean, fully stocked with anything we needed and so convenient to the beach, Center St. and downtown Charleston! We also appreciated our dogs were allowed and the large yard for them to enjoy! My Ocean Rental was awesome, extremely responsive and accommodating! The couple of small issues were resolved within hours! Definitely will be back to Folly and utilizing My Ocean Rental! Outstanding

My daughter and I stayed at Huron for a week and we loved it. Was a two minute walk to the beach and the house was great. Fire place and an enclosed porch to sit outside at night and didn't get bite up by the bugs. Definitely would recommend it for a trip! Perfect!

This little cottage was perfect! My family and I were down in Folly for a wedding and it really couldn't have been better. Very clean and accommodating for my mom who is in a wheelchair. My parents were extremely happy as well, since it is so hard to find something handicap accessible! We had a great time and if ever back down in follly beach again we would stay here! Thanks again!

Perfect For My Stay on Folly Beach Island

The owner really made the most of the space! The house had perfect spots to hang out, both inside and outside. The living room area was a place the whole family could fit and be comfortable together, without being on top of one another. The air conditioning made the house very comfortable and was ideal in the summer's heat. The closed in porch was a great feature as well. It was nice to go outside at night, when it was cooler, and sit on the porch. The house's location was also perfect! It was a walkable distance from the beach and was surrounded by many good restaurants and things to do. The owner was wonderful and I hope I can return this summer!
