Spring Break

Great place and easy access to the beach. We chose a cooler week unfortunately so we couldn’t get enjoy sitting on the beach the entire time but when we could, having the two chairs reserved for us was the best.

Spring Break get a away

It was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. Very clean, spacious, very well equipped with everything one needs. The beach setup was a plus. We will definitely book this condo again. .

Nice place as advertised

We stayed here for my wife's work conference. Everything here was as advertised. Great view and very convenient to all stores and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a TV in one of these places that was bigger than 32'!

PRISTINE!

Such a beautiful, well appointed condo. All of the little touches of home were greatly appreciated. From the FULLY stocked kitchen to the beautiful library, games, dvd's.......nothing has been missed. The only suggestion that I would make is to make the balcony a little more comfortable furniture wise, but in all of my years renting condos on the beach, this one takes the cake! We will definitely be booking our next stay at ASAP!

Great location, Beautiful Condo

This place was exactly what we were hoping for. Close to the beach and a great (heated) pool to play in. The condo is beautifully finished and has amazing views. We really appreciated the washer/dryer and full kitchen. We also appreciated the 2 beach chairs and umbrella down on the beach included with the condo. It made us feel like we had our own reserved spot at the beach every day. A great place for R&R and not too far away from all the action on the Boardwalk. We will definitely be coming back!

Great complex in Destin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay at Breakers East, this time for a month. The location is fantastic and can't be beat. The gulf views are incredible! The condo was well stocked with everything you need to cook and several beach towels were supplied as well. The only negatives are the family room furniture, which is very worn, and the carpet in the primary bedroom is buckling. The 2 patio door screens are nearly impossible to open as well. We will be back for another month next year but in a different unit.

Was surprised that there was no detergent to start the towels on our departure. Maybe that is normal but in all of our other stays at the Breakers there has been at least a small box ofdetergent to start a load of towels as requested.We felt bad for the owners though because the elevators were still a problem and I understand that they had to spend some of their investment to update them. Hopefully that situation will be resolved soon.
