Stylish 2-Bed, 2-bath Condo With Private Patio in Riverside
Welcome to the Mesquite & Fir Condo! Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located condo. Completely remodeled, globally inspired, and thoughtfully designed, featuring a mix of designer goods, wares collected from around the world, and vintage pieces sourced from local curators.
Minutes from I-35 or 71/290 making it accessible to the most popular areas (5-22 mins) like downtown, Lady Bird Lake, Zilker Park, Circuit of the Americas, East 6th, South Congress, Convention Center, Rainey Street, + more. 10 mins to the airport.
The immediate neighborhood is in the process of redevelopment and is a transitional area about a half mile away from more developed areas. While the exterior of the condo buildings are older and need quite a bit of work, the complex is constantly improving and the interior of the space is an updated, modern retreat with Fiber internet and a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney Plus, and Prime.
NOTE: The complex is undergoing a major facelift (which is exciting) so there is quite a bit of construction around, including our building. Our nightly rate reflects this.
Coded entry via secure smart lock for your safety. For parents and families, a Pack-n-Play and stroller are available upon request. Pool floaties are also available upon request.
The unit can host up to 6 guests max, 2 in each of the two bedrooms, plus 2 more on the sleeper sofa in the living room. Any additional guests beyond 6 will be fined.
There's a community pool and coin laundry facilities on site. You are permitted the use of up to 2 parking spaces during your stay. Parking spaces are unassigned, so you can park wherever is most convenient for you.

Arnelle is a photographer and content creator born in Cebu, Philippines, and raised in the Bay Area, and Emil is a filmmaker born in Perth, Australia, and raised in Devon. Since meeting in 2016, weâve explored over 80 countries combined, with more than 40 of those adventures shared together. Traveling and being exposed to so many beautiful places with incredible boutique accommodations and artisan craftsmanship is what really sparked our shared love for interior design and the art of curating spaces that inspire and make travelers feel truly at home. Since we first stepped foot in Austin, it was always South Austin that called to us. It's a rapidly developing region, but still has so much of the original Austin charm and quirks that make this city so special.
