Great location for the pool and fun spot. Fantastic location for disney and universal. Large house to comfortably suit 2 families of 4 sharing. Would recommend.

I am not one to post negative reviews, however this stay warrants awareness for future renters. The host of the condo was responsive and kind. The condo itself and the amenities included are extremely diluted and poorly maintianed. The kitchen does not have much for cookware, missing basics to properly make meals (no pizza cutter, spatula and the kitchen knives are a hazard, breaking from rust when trying to cut any soft food.) The carpets are extremely worn and covered in stains. Walls and vents appear dirty. The master bedroom matress literally sags in the center making sleeping extremely uncomfortable. The additional bedrooms with 2 beds each do not have proper sized mattresses for the bed. We needed to add stained foam padding (that is provided in the closet, and cover with additional blankets to make it sleepable for children . 2 bedrooms do not have tv's and the bedroom on the first floor has a tv which sound goes in and out. All other amenities of the complex were fantastic but for the cost, there looks to be equivalent condo options that are more maintained then this one.

That said, we were very surprised to read about these concerns. During your stay, we did not receive any communication regarding these issues. We wish we been made aware at the time, we would have immediately addressed anything within our control whether that meant delivering additional kitchen items or sending maintenance to inspect concerns. We always encourage guests to reach out so we can resolve matters in real time. We take the condition of our property seriously. The kitchen is stocked according to our listing description. We will be reviewing the items you mentioned to ensure everything is in proper and safe condition. Regarding the mattresses, we appreciate the feedback and understand comfort is extremely important. We are currently working with the owner on making updates and improvements to ensure a better sleeping experience for future guests. Regarding TVs, our listing outlines which bedrooms include televisions so guests can make a decision prior to booking. We genuinely want every guest to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would have welcomed the opportunity to address any concerns while you were onsite. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the home. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

Quick 2 night stay

Our townhome was clean and ready upon check in. We’ve stayed at multiple townhomes in this community. This one was more modern in decor and had plenty of extra linens, however, it didn’t have any “extras”- not even one dish tab or laundry tab to get you started. We were only there a short bit, so it wasn’t a big deal but should come prepared if you’re staying longer. Overall, great stay and it accommodated our group well.

Good property

Was a little tricky filling out the form on my phone at the airport since I missed the emails from the host as they were not from VRBO but instead Mid-Florida Management. This added extra stress that could of been avoided. But overall the property was nice and perfect for our guys golf getaway.

Terrible property

The mattresses are old and I was afraid of bed bugs the entire week. Carpet needs replacing. They also said they needed a picture of our credit card because of the date of our booking even though we already paid through VRBO. After our stay they charged us for damage that we did not do. I will never rent from this dishonest property manager again and I hope that no one else does either. We followed all the rules the entire time we were there and even washed a load of towels as they asked before we left. And then a week after our stay they accuse us with damaging the master comforter which we did not do. Do not rent from them.

The mattresses in the home are less than 2 years old. While I understand you are upset that you were charged for damage that you caused, lying about your "fear of bed bugs" is despicable and insulting. We thoroughly clean and sanitize our homes after every guest, along with having a professional pest control company treat the home every month. We have proof from our cleaner that shows the cigarette burns in the comforter showed up after your stay. It's sad that you would resort to lying and bashing my home instead of owning up for the damage you caused. You stated over email that you loved our home. It wasn't until after you were charged for damages that you decided to change your opinion.

well i ran into some minor problem when we enter. before you go up the stairs there was a door, and it had some insects coming in that we had to spray with some raid to kill them ///you may want to check that out and also the coffee maker would not work when we arrive //but other than that it was great

It's a nice place, we enjoyed staying there, everything is at hand and clean. Fast response of the owners when having questions. Some renewal of the bathroom would be needed in time. Would recommend it to others.

Get a way trip...

Short trip to Orlando area to pickup son at college and go to Disney for a day. Location to parks was great. Regal Oaks filled all our needs. Nice place / Nice grounds and pool.

Property not kept up

We have stayed in Regal Oaks at least 12 times. This time was not so great. This particular unit shows wear. The furniture was banged up, the ceiling has an ugly patch, the sink overflow drains are rusting, the door lock had to be fixed/adjusted in order to lock, etc. I would not stay at this unit again.

Enjoyed our stay!

Overall the condo provided everything we needed, fresh towels, linens, pots & pans, dishes. However, if the listing would have mentioned the types of supplies provided, like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, that would have been helpful. But, the location was picked for ESPN ball parks and DIsney and other local shopping and eating. The condo was very clean and we had no issues. We had plenty of space for our 2 families. It was nice to have the cable and Netflix available. The daily garbage pick-up was convenient. It was nice to have parking right in front of the condo and the gated community made us feel safe.

Great Family Getaway

I am a registered nurse who has worked tirelessly in the hospital during the madness and I needed a fresh place to rest. Take my husband, my kids and Go. This place was CLEAN and peaceful. Kids went swimming, deer sighted in the morning, and my son sat outside to encounter a raccoon in the evening. Lol we took pictures and enjoyed our stay. We would visit again if property is available.. Fully equipped kitchen Towels you can actually use Clean Peaceful

Great location and space!

We stayed at this property with my mother, mother-in-law, husband and 2 toddlers. It was the perfect space. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The space was very clean and easy to access. We went to Disney and Universal and both parks were easy and quick to get to.

Our Stay at Regal Oaks

The property is excellent and is exactly as described. We stayed here for almost three full weeks, and had no complaints. The property management company, Mid-Florida Property Management was very professional and responsive to what few minor issues we had. All in all, excellent stay at an excellent place. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area. Very close to all major attractions, walking distance to Old Town/Fun Spot Kissimmee, and beautiful on site facilities (pool, restaurant, etc). We were extremely satisfied, and if/when we go back to Florida, we will definitely stay here again!!

A nossa estadia foi fantástica, a casa é muito boa, limpa e bem localizada. O condomínio tem uma excelente área de lazer. Quando voltarmos para Orlando ficaremos novamente nessa casa.

Great Townhouse very spacious with all the amenities you can ask for.

We all really enjoyed our stay at Regal Oaks, great townhouse and the location was perfect for a lazy day around Old Town. The lake has kept us on alligator watch for our whole stay and many mornings we have seen them cruising around. The south facing sun has been another bonus with great outdoor seating.

Fantastic Regal Oaks Resort

A week at this resort with extended family was perfect. Beautiful 4 bed townhouse with all the comforts of home. Fully equipped from kitchenware to bedding. Fully enclosed lanai with table and chairs overlooking the lake and steps to clubhouse. Pool was excellent, clean and temp just right. Kids activities were enjoyed by grandkids. Close to Disney Parks. close to restaurants and shopping.. An ideal place to stay. Have recommended to others already. Mattresses could probably be ready for replacement, but I slept well non the less.

Great value and location!

Overall this is a great place. It was clean, spacious, had a great screened-in porch and a lovely pool area. The pool was heated and was very comfortable. It was also very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Furthermore, it was a great value. We payed significantly less than friends that stayed on the south side of the property (although those units were more updated and larger). My only complaints would be that the carpet could stand to be replaced (it has seen better days) and the queen bed downstairs was extremely firm and uncomfortable. I'm surprised to see it listed as a queen - I thought it was a full. ?? It seemed very small. Also, I was surprised that there was no hair dryer in the unit. But the master suite upstairs was very large and had a nice balcony with a sitting area. The location was great because it was very close to Celebration, which we spent a lot of time at. It was very close to Disney as well (although we didn't go there.) The unit is also very close to many, many restaurants and a Publix grocery store. Another nice feature is that we had plenty hot water. Even with many people taking long showers, we never ran out of hot water.
